Clean and convenient location
Sound from outside, the isolation at windows were poor.

The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made dining recommendations. It's convenient, right across from the Lille Flandres station but our room, facing the front, was quiet with no traffic noise. The breakfast was enjoyable with a range of food and drink. Coffee and pastries are available in the dining area during the day.
The dining area is small and, at the weekend, crowded and noisy. On a couple of mornings the coffee machine didn't work. The buffet area is also small leading to some crowding and confusion on a busy morning.

The hotel is right in front of the train station.
A few steps and you find yourself in the city center .
All the needed amenities are at a walking distance.
It is somewhat noisy

Whilst breakfast is delicious & top quality, the staff could not keep up with demand during busy times, leaving a poor selection.

Location fabulous.
Access to hot drinks and cakes, fantastic idea.
Breakfast great, but area can't cope when busy.
We experienced a Saturday, when cups, plates, juice, bread, cheese, ham had run out and was replenished slowly.
I liked everything. Tea and coffee facilities in room would be nice. The view made it.

It was proper in the room and the design is modern, but…
The room is very small, there's not much air, and it's impossible to move around inside, you even couldn’t open your suitcase. You can’t open the window because of the noise from the train station. The breakfast seems okay and there seems to be a selection, but everything is prepared strangely (black burnt bacon and barely cooked scrambled eggs). The hotel feels more like a space with lockers for suitcases than a hotel. No, it's for people...

I chose the hotel for its sustainability certification and location across from the train station (which is excellent). The bed was quite comfortable, and the individual reading lights beside the bed were actually quite ingenious. Staff was uniformly cheerful and helpful. I liked the modern renovation and the style of the breakfast/common room.
It's good the bed was comfortable, because it took up almost all the space in my "cosy" room; this size room wouldn't work for more than one person. I was also disappointed to find an empty soap dispenser in the shower and no drinking glasses anywhere in the room. The Rosa's reliance on QR codes (for entering the hotel and my room) caused several issues. First, the link for retrieving my QR code refused to work; I was able to get in using a buzzer at the door, but a delayed train got me in much later than planned, and I couldn't have gotten in once the staff had left the front desk at 9pm). The code reader for my room also proved finicky; the hotel should provide guidance on how to make it work.

Lovely property. Free coffee and snacks are an added bonus. Perfect location across from train station.
Stairs are tight but that’s unavoidable. There is a small lift.

Great location opposite Lille Flandres station and only a 5 minute walk from Lille Europe. Everything we needed was within walking distance.
The Hotel is very clean and stylishly decorated, providing a feeling of luxury, just what you want when on holiday.
Our room (double with sofa/single sofa bed) was a nice size on the 3rd floor overlooking the station, perfect for people watching!
The bed was extremely comfortable with lovely fluffy pillows. The shower was great and could fit 2 people, with both a standard and rainfall showerhead option and there was l'occitane shower gel and shampoo provided for a touch of luxury.
There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room, but complimentary refreshments were available throughout the day from the breakfast room which we could eat drink there or take up to our room.
We found the room to be quite hot when we first arrived, but the heating thermostat is located inside the room so we were able to adjust the temperature to suit us, which was great.
There was a good variety of breakfast items available, including fresh dough for the waffle iron to make your own fresh waffles!
All of the staff were extremely friendly, and forgiving of our poor French!
We absolutely loved our stay and wouldn't hesistate to return when revisiting Lille.
It is located in a busy area so it was sometimes noisy at night and early in the morning. This did not spoil our stay but light sleepers may need to consider earplugs.

Very very clean and comfortable bedding
Nothing negative, just a bit smaller than we thought but the cleanliness and the politeness of the staff made up for it

It’s perfect on location and has good soundproofing .
We LOVED the view .
It’s quirky and fun .
We were very glad we paid the extra for a superior room , more room , facing the front - we did see into the smaller rooms and appreciated the extra space .

This place felt like a spa. The cleanliness, comfort of the rooms and common area (great breakfasts d all day snacks). Staff were super welcoming and although we all struggled with language (our French not great) they were very patient.
Only part may have been getting access to the lobby - I was not sure if we needed a door code and it was a bit hard to hear the instructions from front desk attendant over the noise of a busy outdoor seating restobar located outside front door on a Friday night.

The location is brilliant, right in the heart of the city. The staff are lovely and friendly and the rose theme that runs throughout the hotel is very quirky and sweet. The breakfast was very good and the room we stayed in had a comfortable bed and a great shower.
The bathroom was lovely and modern with a great shower but it was very small. There was not a lot of room between the toilet and the sink and it was a tight squeeze, especially for my husband.

I like the location of the hotel. Facilities provided are as promised, and rooms look the same as shown in photos. Self-check-in helps a lot to save unnecessary formalities.
I didn’t notice at first, but blankets were not provided, so I felt cold overnight with nothing to cover myself. While the self-check-in process is convenient, I did observe an unknown person entering after us. Initially, I thought he might be a guest, but upon noticing that there was someone at the reception, he left.

Location is great, rooms clean and comfortable, the breakfast area which is a guest lounge for the rest of the day is a great addition.
Breakfast options are a bit limited, but its pretty good value.
The coffee is terrible, just like almost anywhere else in France!

Location perfect. Right across the road from Lille Flanders station and an 6 minute walk to Lille Europe where we caught the Eurostar.
Staff were lovely, bed comfortable with nice linen and two good pillows.
We loved the sitting room with coffee and little treats available all day.
Shower great and bathroom was lovely and modern.

Excellent location. Room was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Lovely shower. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
Sheets were old and bobbly - not very nice. Very limited breakfast options - we tried once then went elsewhere the other days. Thankfully there are lots of lovely cafes to choose from.

The central location and proximity to the train station is very practical. Yet, thanks to the windows leading to the courtyard the room was rather calm. The breakfast was not bad either.
Everything was correct.

Nice smallish boutique hotel
Room not made up one day and left with wet towels, floors were not cleaned, tv did not work all the time. Rooms were small but okay’ish. Ideally located for city centre and Eurostar.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location was convenient, close to both railway stations.
The space was well-decorated and cosy. Our room faced the courtyard, so it was very quiet.
Breakfast was tasty, and the staff were friendly and welcoming
The lift is quite small and slow, so patience is needed if you have trouble with stairs. The room was also on the smaller side. It might be difficult to get a table during peak breakfast hours.

Comfortable bed, clean room with a good shower and separate toilet.
Small lift to room on the fifth floor.

Best shower out of the 5 hotels we stayed in France. Also had the most comfortable bed and was close to both railway stations.
Room size is small

It’s a perfect little hotel very close to stations.
Some rooms are quite small and the bathroom was very small but we were in a city and the v reasonable price reflects that.

The room was comfortable and well appointed. The staff were very helpful and friendly
The noise from the street below. People were sitting outside a bar until late in the evening and revellers kept me awake until after midnight.
8.0 / 10.0
Loved the hotel. Really comfortable clean room. Good shower, nice towels. Free safe for valuables. Modern hotel and only about 10 minutes walk to the station for the Eurostar. Buffet style breakfast with the lovely option of cooking your own waffles. The breakfast room is quite small & does get busy after 930 so better to go earlier to get a pick of the tables. No tea or coffee in the room but the option to get hot drinks from the machine in the breakfast room on the first floor, with the added bonus of a slice of cake which was available during the day.
The only downside was the noisy location. The double glazing is very efficient but like many hotels in the area, this is above a bar & this does mean it can be noisy at night.

The hotel is good. It is recently renovated and everything is new. The rooms have AC, which is very useful on a hot summer day. It is right across from the Lille Flanders train station.
The entire booking system and access via a QRC code into the building and into the room was terrible. It is a TERRIBLE TRAVELER EXPERIENCE. I received several emails and text messages with the supposed code, and when I got to the property the code didn't work. I had to follow other guests inside. Then the young, part time receptionist staff, had to help me get into room because it didn't work again. Seems it has to have picked up outside in order to work inside. TERRIBLE.
I know that system was expensive to install and the yearly subscription, so why not hire good staff instead? This is the hospitality industry, you should be more interested in how people experience your hotel with HUMANS. Your technology enhancements should be around payments and or the design elements of your hotel - not on accessing the building in order to cut staff!
