La proximité du centre ville et l’accès à Lille
Le déjeuner est compris mais le premier jour assez correct café petits pains deuxième jour par contre nous avons dû réclamer à 9h plus rien. C’est un peu léger.

J'ai particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel
Dans la salle d'eau, le chauffage était sur OFF, donc impossible de faire sécher les serviettes de toilettes. Manque de matériel de cuisine. Seulement deux assiettes et peu de couverts.

I needed an apartment exactly in Lambersart so the localization was good. The building and rooms was relatively modern. Price was low. I recommend it only if you need a place exactly in Lambersart and you need smth bigger than a room in Ibis Hotel.
They should have openly said that the apartment is in a Seniors Residence / Retirement Home, and not in a real hotel / aparthotel. The smell from plumbing was weird, there was no toiletries, in general the apartment was clean but not perfectly clean. Other then that it was ok, but I'd never selected this place if not for the fact that I needed a place exactly in Lambersart.
