They should have openly said that the apartment is in a Seniors Residence / Retirement Home.

I needed an apartment exactly in Lambersart so the localization was good. The building and rooms was relatively modern. Price was low. I recommend it only if you need a place exactly in Lambersart and you need smth bigger than a room in Ibis Hotel.

They should have openly said that the apartment is in a Seniors Residence / Retirement Home, and not in a real hotel / aparthotel. The smell from plumbing was weird, there was no toiletries, in general the apartment was clean but not perfectly clean. Other then that it was ok, but I'd never selected this place if not for the fact that I needed a place exactly in Lambersart.

Great value for money which requires a walk through the park

There is a reason that this property (with free parking and breakfast included) is one of the best values (ie cheapest) in Lille: well, two reasons really. First, it’s quite a walk into the centre. Second, the apartment is within a Seniors Residence rather than a hotel. Having said that, we walked through the park twice a day which we wouldn’t have done if we’d stayed in the old town. And the apartment is huge and the bed is very comfortable. We’ve read some of the other comments and, yes, bring soap for the shower: but also bring your favourite coffee for the filter coffee machine, cheese and wine for the enormous fridge and meals to cook in the microwave (if you don’t want the evening walk into town for supper)! Sure, it’s not a quaint hotel in the middle of Lille: so if that’s what you’re looking for don’t book this and expect to pay quite a lot more!

If I’m being really picky, the tea cups in the apartment are very small - so we borrowed some larger ones from the breakfast room. We wish we’d brought some mugs for the morning coffee!!

Location good, staff friendly and secure bike storage

Though a good stay, if they are to offer holiday apartments, then commit to it. No dishwashing supplies (I’m not going to buy products for a 2 night stay), no fry pan, no air-con and only limited french tv channels. Also, communication was difficult as only french spoken.

The place and neighborhood are very quiet and the studio is better than it looks in the pictures.

The stove didn't work and they didn't give me a new one. The employee was very helpful, but didn't solve the problem.

Easy entry, nice people, no fuss. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Bus stops for centre nearby. Good price.

The whole place was horribly over-heated, and no one seemed to know how to regulate the heating in our room. Breakfast was very poor, little choice, terible coffee, industrial butters and jams in single-use plastics.

Certains matins, kes petits pains n'étaient pas très fraîs, mais dans l ensemble c'est bien.

Pouvoir adapter le chauffage. Appartement surchauffé, on ouvre les fenêtres donc pas très écologique ni économique.

Séjour de quatre jours dans un appartement bien agencé mais très peu équipé.

Nous avons aimé la le logement, petit appartement avec une cuisine, un salon, une salle de bains et une chambre séparée. Le personnel a répondu à nos demandes.

Pratiquement aucune vaisselle dans la cuisine. le petit déjeuner était insuffisant, chaque jour, il manquait quelque chose, par exemple des laitages, ou des sachets de thés. Nous avons eu de la charcuterie le 1er jour mais pas les autres jours. par aiileurs, nous avons loué une autre chambre pour la dernière nuit et le ménage n'avait pas du y être fait. Et enfin, le wifi était inaccessible dans la chambre

La taille de l'appartement, immeuble récent, calme .

Petit déjeuner NON conforme au descriptif de Booking qui mentionne un petit déjeuner copieux et variés (charcuterie, crèpes, etc..). Or, seul du pain industriel, croissants et petits pains quelconques, et pain de mie étaient au programme, yaourts blancs le 1er jour, rien le 2e jour; Explication du personnel: "désolée, on n'a pas été livré depuis lundi, donc nous n'avons rien d'autre à vous offrir !!" De plus, machine boissons café / chocolat en fonction partiellement (pas de chocolat). Bref, pour 10€, c'est très cher ! On doit laisser la voiture dans la rue si place, ce qui ne fut pas le cas; donc 250m à faire avec les bagages. Ménage et entretien aléatoires; ex: traces d'excrément sur le mur des WC et la 2e planche !! On a du nettoyer nous même.. Douche à l'américaine mais problème d'évacuation de l'eau car pente du revêtement au sol inclinée vers le centre de la SDB, donc nécessité d'éponger l'eau sur le carrelage après chaque douche ! risque de chute, ce qui est un comble pour des appartements destinés ultérieurement à des séniors !.. 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette à moitié entamé. On a du réclamer un autre rouleau que nous avons dû chercher à la réception pour faire la jonction....

De host, we komen hier meerdere keren per jaar maar wat we dit keer mee maakte was ons nog niet overkomen. We belde aan en mocht het terrein oprijden. Voordat we de tijd kregen om onze bagage uit te laden kwam er een schreeuwden vrouw (bleek de host te zijn) met de tekst wie heeft jullie binnengelaten (achteraf bleek zij zelf) en of we ff snel onze auto buiten het terrein wilden plaatsen. Deze vrouw heeft duidelijk bij de les gastvrij omgaan met gasten niet op gelet, of heeft ze haar opleiding gevolg op the school of charms of Gadaffi. Gelukkig hebben we ook prettige ervaring hierop gedaan.

Bonito apartamento, cómodo para pasar unos días y en un entorno precioso. Personal amable y atento a las peticiones del huesped, en cuanto al desayuno incluido es un desayuno básico, café, leche, algún queso, mantequillas y mermeladas, tostadas y pastas, para nosotros fue correcto y suficiente.

Falta wifi y smart tv para poder ver algo más que solo las cadenas del país.

nous n'avons pas aimé le petit-déjeuner : il n'y avait rien RIEN ou PRESQUE .......

le petit-déjeuner ....... RIEN ou PRESQUE à 9h00 : certes si nous nous étions levés à 6h30 il y aurait eu du choix (mais bon nous étions en vacances......se lever très tôt pour avoir un petit-déjeuner correct, NON .....) nous avons remarqué que beaucoup viennent prendre des plateaux pour amener dans leur chambre avec une quantité énorme de viennoiseries et autres .....pas trop de regrets : pain blanc (pas de pains complets) confitures trop sucrées, pas de fruits frais ..... Une fois il y a eu des oeufs ! Nous avons eu froid : mais on nous a indiqué que le chauffage serait ouvert que le 15 octobre. Pas contre, le personnel a eu la grande gentillesse de nous apporter une couette supplémentaire : c'était drôlement bien !

La proximité du centre ville ainsi que le calme du quartier. Nous n'avions pas compris que l'appartement se situait au sein d'une résidence séniors mais cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangés.

Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und hatte einen Kühlschrank, eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine. Der Balkon hatte einen guten Ausblick in den Innenhof. Außerdem waren die Räume groß und modern gestaltet. Die Unterkunft scheint gleichzeitig ein Altersheim zu sein, da im EG viele Senioren in Aufenthaltsräumen waren.
