Location to Lille Flandres and Lille Europe train stations and the Westfield shopping Centre.
Late night check in process was super easy to follow.
Small kitchenette really handy for kettle/microwave.
Showergel provided.
Not much room to open suitcase and shower flooded bathroom despite curtain and towels on floor!

The location is excellent. Walking distance to all key areas and stations including Eurostar.
The furniture was a bit old and tatty. Breakfast was ok but not a full Buffett hotel breakfast you might expect in a hotel.

The property was recommended to me by a business friend in The Netherlands, who always travels by train and has used this property before, and as it is close to Lille Europe railway station, so I selected it for my ongoing rail trip from Bilbao in Spain to The Hague in The Netherlands
It was conveniently located (when Google Maps sat nav walking navigation from the station worked due to the Google App taking me through the shopping mall). I liked that it was very close to Lille Europe and connected to the big shopping mall as I needed some medical essentials and evening food from the shops in the centre.
My bedroom overlooked the other Lille railway station called Lille-Flandres, and as a rail enthusiast I liked the view, and it wasn't too noisy even when sleeping with window open.
I tend the stay in the Accor chain IBIS or Mercure hotels when I travel, so I found it a little basic, although it had a small kitchen section next to the bed with a cooker, a sink and a microwave. I was a bit surprised that on leaving you are required to dispose of your own rubbish, otherwise they charge you if you leave it in your room. Quite bizarre. I probably will not use this place again, but each traveller has their own preferences and may like it.
I found the shower cubicle very small and I'm a small guy, and I felt cramped inside it.
The breakfast was included in the cost, and it was understandably a basic continental type, hosted in a small breakfast room. It was OK.

Good location, was clean and good size, we had a 2 bedroom apartment with 5 adults 2 children and a large dog, and a studio, with 2 adults and dog
So nice to be able to sit on sofa with coffee together at end of busy day
Staff I found quite unhelpful, before and during stay, lifts felt quite unsafe and very noisy
No parking, but no stopping outside hotel either, so very stressful trying to load and unload cars.
No locking facilities on windows, we were on 9th floor, and they opened fully out, so we kept locked at all times, but was very warm during our stay

Great value for money. Room was excellent, lots of space, great location near town center and next to train station. Really don’t think anything could have been any better.

These apartments are excellent value for money and the staff are quick to rectify any issues. I appreciated the well equipped kitchen area and the cleanliness. Views from the apartments are fantastic!

Very handy for the city, parking and a supermarket on the doorstep
Tricky to unload

Basic property near the restaurants but not on a nice street. Spacious and beds comfortable
Road it was on. Noise from other residents. No English T bags.

The rooms were well equipped. The beds were comfortable.
The only issue is if you are coming at late night, it's a bit far from the station as the shopping mall is closed and you have to come via road. Otherwise all good.

We liked the exceptional location close to both train stations and to Euralille
N/A except hoovering the corridors would be nice and if you stay more than 1 night it would be nice that the cleaning team as a rule restock on toilet paper and takes away the trash

The location was great - very central and close to the station. Shoppinging centre less than a minute away. The staff were extremely helpful. I was a bit worried because there were some negative reviews, however, I was pleasantly surprised. It was a clean, good size apartment and had just what was needed for our stay. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Enough space to hang and store our clothes for a family of four. Large fridge for fresh food.
A very pleasant stay.
The mattress sometimes kept drifting apart as they were two mattresses that were put together to create a double bed. The kettle was on the draining area of the sink, I had to be careful that I did not splash water on the plugs. The cable for the kettle was also very short. Maybe it was longer and I could not figure it out.

The behaviour of front desk staff (not all).
I had an incident about some things went missing from my room.

The apartment was clean.
The location is very good. Close to transport and supermarket.
The staff were friendly. This is the second time I have stayed here. I would definitely recommend it.
The shower was not very good, especially for young children, no cubicle/ bath, so it was quite difficult for them to shower without getting the floor wet. The shower head also kept sliding down the shower rail.

1 night for two adults and 3 young children for a short stay. 1 double bed and then 1 sofa double which worked fine. Perfect location and very practical near centre and train stations. Small area but good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Also able to cook in room if required.
Location felt safe.
Slightly tricky to find at night but ok once have orientation.

This hotel is not safe at all, especially for women who travel alone. I had a major problem of safety during my staying, as an ill-intentioned man, who had entered the facility, followed me and kept waiting outside my room after I managed to lock myself in. The staff was not helpful nor sympathetic at all, they did not call the police or any security staff to help me. Only thanks to another woman I knew from work I managed to exit the hotel without any more serious consequences. After this, not feeling safe anymore there, I had to check out early on my schedule, book another hotel and spend extra money. Moreover, the only possibility to reach other floors and the reception was via elevator. I could not use emergency stairs, as the door wouldn't open. I wonder what guests are supposed to do in case of fire, electricity malfunction or what if they meet someone who intends to assault or harm them and they need to run away (as it happened to me). Last but not least, the elevator also stops on some floors where there are no rooms for guests (like the first and second floors). I noticed this by chance, as I was trying to go down to the reception the previous day. These floors have no light, and the elevator opens on dark hallways that look abandoned. Overall, the facility didn't look safe at all. I strongly advise against staying there.

The hotel is in big shopping center. The room was clean and with enough space.
We had to clean after us and to remove the trash. There are not enough lifts in the building for this capacity.

Friendly staff. Kitchen in the room. Big bathroom
for four people really small.

Great location, situated in the center near the train station. The receptionists were kind and welcoming despite problems with the facility's leadership.
The management was very mean and unhelpful when we had a serious issue with our business card. Inside our room there were very few plugs and the beds were very hard.

location and staff
We came with 2 years old child and there was no child bed and in general the bed was small so to sleep with 3 people was very hard. Very uncomfortable.

The location.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT PLACE. Not only does the hotel have just the absolute bare minimum for interior. It feels like student housing, with a view over ugly commercial buildings, roofs, and concrete infrastructure. On top of that, they are trying to scam me through my credit card. They charged a deposit outside the booking.com channels so booking.com cannot help.

Great location. Simple but satisfactory amenities.

For me the location was the one positive I could find about this hotel, it could not be closer to everything, literally you walk out of the hotel entrance and turn right into the next entrance and you are in the shopping centre. In there you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, primark, jd sports etc. Train station opposite, location literally perfect.
We booked a double bedroom and the bed was two singles pushed together, so we ended up putting the sofa bed up to make a double. However myself and my partner woke up every day with multiple bites over us, I have two particularly bad ones on my face.
There is no English subtitles on the tv which made it difficult, it would of been nice.
The apartment could do with a more thorough clean, the skirting boards, behind curtains, kitchen area, floor was quite dirty.
The price for me is too much, I think for what the hotel is it definitely needs to be reduced in price. I paid around £100 per night in English sterling money and that is really a lot considering the bed isn’t even a double bed, the cleanliness etc.
I do plan to return to Lille but I would be looking for a cheaper price hotel next time.
