Serious Hygiene Issues

The hotel is cheap, and you can clearly see that in the rooms. The carpets are very old and covered with stains. The floor was not properly cleaned, and for a moment I was even concerned about bedbugs. However, what shocked me the most was how dirty the bathroom was. It looked like it had never been deep-cleaned, and there was mold in all the corners. The bathroom floor, which is supposed to be white, was grey. The worst part was the chair for disabled guests. It is very disrespectful to claim accessibility when the chair is absolutely disgusting. There were yellow, greasy stains and mold on the seat and underneath the chair. The bathroom floor was so filthy that I had to buy flip-flops just to avoid touching it. Unfortunately, this was not something a cleaner could fix in 20 minutes. The dirt and mold had clearly built up over a long period of time.

Great value for money - would travel there again

The location was close enough to the centre to walk in. Local shop. Rooms and beds etc all good. Our expectations were relatively low due to price but this was perfect for our weekend

There was a fan that worked with water / ice but it wasnt that effective and it was very warm when we were there. But it wasnt uncomfortably hot

Good experience

We really liked that the Appartement was very close to our points of interests. Also, the staff was nice and friendly. We found the apartment clean and equipped with necessary stuff. We liked that we couldn't hear the noise from the road and that we had the possibility to warm our room from a private heater. Per total, it was a good experience. Also it's great that they gave us the possibility to check-in earlier and reserved for us a parking place in a private parking.

The only thing that bothered was the water evacuation in the shower. It looks like it was having a problem and the water was staying long time in the shower tube. The bed was very comfortable but too small for a couple with a toddler. All the rest was really nice.

Pleasant and comfortable stay for family with kids

The location, staff and the parking was just as expected. Easy to reach and friendly front desk are helpful. The beds were comfy. Wifi was enough to pickup. And have departmental stores in walkable distance to pickup some quick things.

Kitchen counter is too small and the silverware was not sufficient. And there was not enough utensils to cook a family meal.

Good location.

A few problems, bath drainage was blocked , hairs on the bed, mess under the bed reported straight after checked in , no outcome , stayed for 3 nights with my family, and complained every day . No results, really disappointed with my stay

The location

Total indifference to customer service. No shower gel in the shower and nobody bother to bring any. No lift for the whole duration of my stay Noisy staff and friends just chatting in the reception and kitchen area

ok price and room size for Lille, good for a family group of 6 people, nice eating area and round table in the living room section

no airconditioning, only fans on request, no possiblity to open some windows which is difficult (and unhealthy) if it is over 30 degrees Celsius outside, the hotel compensated us for this shortcomings a bit (we got a partial refund) for which we are grateful but none the less this has lowered the comfort a lot

Disappointing

Location was great. Car park very secure but did have to pay £9.50 for it. Good room layout with kitchen equipment and soap/shower gel provided. Wifi worked well.

It felt like our room had only been partially cleaned. There was one bag of tea and no other coffee/means to make hot drinks. The balcony door didn’t open properly. Our floor smelt of cigarette smoke. Definitely overpriced for what you get.

In sum, it was a nice stay

I think the rooms were nice and it was nice to have a fridge and cooking space etc.

During a 6 days stay, the rooms could have been cleaned more frequently. They were not cleaned at all during this time.
