Only thing I was confused about was being charged tourist tax by the hotel uppon arrival even though the booking explicitly said it’s included in the booking.

My worst hotel experience ever , it's a nightmare. Wifi completely dead, and also very old style botton code locked out at the door. No phone could informe any problem. Total nightmare,happy to leave.

Wifi, old toillet, hot water is extremely unsteable, you could be burnt if you didn't pay high attention.

Perfect staff, good breakfast and very nice rooms

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay in the hotel in lovely Lille. Everything was so neat and tidy. The room has everything you need. Breakfast costs €10.95 but it was perfect. Above all we really liked Simon at the reception. He was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is great value for money. highly recommended.

Very good value last minute stay and excellent cheap secure parking

Excellent helpful friendly staff. Couldn’t do more to help. The central location was excellent as was the very reasonable €5 overnight secure underground parking. overall really great value for money.

The supposedly non-smoking room had clearly had a smoker /smokers in it recently and the lingering aroma was definitely rather unpleasant although the room itself was perfectly clean and tidy. Also (not the hotel’s fault) hardly anywhere was open nearby in the evening for dinner or a bite to eat and this was a Saturday night. But thankfully there was a good 24/7 supermarket available within a couple of hundred meters.
