Absolutely nothing

The property did not resemble the description in any way whatsoever. It was dirty to say the least, there was other people’s property still in the room leading us believe that the room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous occupants. When we arrived we could not gain access to the property until several emails were exchanged. There were people taking drugs outside of the property. When we eventually did gain access, a man tried to push his way in through the gate. It was terrifying and we did not feel safe to stay there. We had to book an alternative hotel. We did park in the parking area but could not stay in the accommodation. I expect a refund at the very least.

This was a hovel and totally misrepresented on Booking.com site. I have attached a video taken of the site. In addition, at time of booking there was no mention of the absence of private baths. I was informed by email of that only at the “11th” hour. There was no name at the address listed for the facility. In sum it is a disgrace that this site was even listed on booking.com. Also the photo on booking.com was of a modern high rise no where near the facility.

It is not an hotel. We got a room without bathroom. It had a very small window with a towel used as a "blackout". It had a strong smell of smoke. What is worst is that the room was by no means cheap. There was not a reception with staff.

Nothing apart from the location and clean bathroom

It's the worst place I've stayed in, to be honest. I don't even understand why it's on booking.com. absolute disgrace. The check in is at 5?! Never seen that. I have arrived at 4:15 and the owner opened the door with dirty trousers falling down, unzipped and didn't look professional at all. I was absolutely nervous about our safety traveling with a young child. He told us that the check in was at 5 but he could make am exception. That was the only positive aspect of this stay. Fair enough. Got offered a tour of f downstairs and bathrooms that were very clean as the kitchen with coffee facilities.. He gave me the keys of a room downstairs. After staying for ten minutes in there, he knocked at the door to tell me that I needed to go upstairs as he made a mistake. He apologized, ok fair enough. Mistakes happen. I climbed the very narrow steps (absolutely not convenient with a toddler). Arrived in the room under the roof... tiny and little velux window, TV , lamp, Aircon and heater. There were two damp towels on the bed. There was a hole in the wall with tissue blocking it (I was very nervous as I thought it was a mouse hole or something) also nervous about my daughter falling off the stairs that were honestly more a very narrow ladder... Had to go two stairways down to use a bathroom. I asked the owner to swap because it was too dangerous to stay in there but apparently no other availability and "it should be ok as it's only 1 night). I emphasized on the safety for my child and stairs but no effort was made. Don't get me wrong but I'm not that picky but it was getting a bit too much. I have spent the night itching from a very painful insect bite when I lied down on the bed ...I have two massive red rashes, got bitten the minute I got in the bed. It's honestly a very unwelcoming place. I think that the person is nice though, but absolutely have no idea about customer service or maybe too careless as per the low price.

Very welcoming hotel personnel. Place is new with amenities such as fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee. Bathrooms provide shampoo/soap/toothpaste. Great location, city center can be reached by foot, public transportation train/bus nearby. Place is right by the grocery store, cafes, and restaurants. We were really pleased with our stay, it was a great deal! We will be staying here when we come back.

The owners hospitality was like no other! Meeting Daniel will be a memory my friends and I will share for ages. We also found common ground in Nelson Mandela 🇿🇦

Nothing to complain about! Daniel even prepared us some of his special Alfredo pasta!

The owner was not there. There were no safety measures at the apparemment ( no handle on the main door of the house, the locker where they put the keys of the room does not have a code, all keys to 8 rooms were in the same place, a couple took the keys of the room that we were sposod to take and left the house, the corner designated to electricity was exposed, an unknown person was sleeping in the bathroom at night, people were knocking on the other door of the apparemment and were saying that they don't have a key but they wanted to have a room). In total, it was one of the worst experiences I've had.

The ad did not match the experience. I think he got friends to give him ratings.
