Comfy and convenient stay

Convenient location. Easy access instructions. Everything we needed in the suite. Quirky, well thought out decor (love the headboard design). Nothing to complain about. Very good.

Good value for short stays

Excellent location - directly opposite the metro station, but very quiet at night. Shops, cafes etc. within a few minutes walk, and the city centre is a couple of stops on the metro. Comfortable bed and useful in-room facilities, e.g. fridge and coffee machine. Lovely old building too.

The room itself was a little cramped - we were very glad of the large balcony. Cleaning was a bit hit and miss, and the whole place is looking quite tired and uncared for - definitely due a refurb.

Great apartment in Lille

Great stay in Lille, the apartment was lovely, modern and clean. Had great facilities and the luggage storage outside the property was so useful. Only 15 mins walk from Lille Europe train station and situated in a quiet area. Metro which we didn’t use but literally opposite the apartment. We got to Lille early and asked if we could check in early and was able to which was so nice of them. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nothing I didn’t like but the very small minor things is no mirror in the bedroom, as two women staying in the apartment having only one mirror in the bathroom, took longer to get ready. A shelf under the sink in the bathroom would also be very useful. But again very very small things.

Would definitely recommend the apartment - we loved our stay there!

The apartment was clean, beautiful and comfy and staff were friendly and quick to respond

Our only gripe was that there were lots of plates etc but nothing to wash them with - we had to use bare hands and shampoo!! A couple of the dinner plates had not been washed after precious occupants’ use. Also perhaps a table lamp might have been nice for the lounge area as the overhead light was a bit strong!! Otherwise, perfect!!

Well located, well equipped room. Minor niggles, but overall would recommend.

Location was very good, easy to get to from the train stations (around 10/15 mins walk). There was a metro stop directly opposite, which was only 2 stops from the centre. For two people the size of the room was good, bed was comfortable. There was a fridge/microwave and plates/cutlery was provided. Big shower, big sink. Decoration was nice and neutral, and the curtains blocked out most of the light. Quiet. TV was good quality, plenty of options such as Netflix and local TV. Check in process was smooth, we were messaged the code to the main door, and picked up a key inside. Had an area to leave your luggage if needed.

The toilet was in separate room to the bathroom and didn't have a sink, meaning you had to walk around the bed to access the bathroom to wash your hands. There didn't appear to be a fan in the toilet, smells traveled into the bedroom if you didn't close the door. There was also no storage for clothes at all, therefore you have to live out of your suitcase. Coffee machine also didn't seem work, although that might have been us not working out how to turn it on.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was at the perfect location 15 minute walk from the center of Lille and right next to the metro.

Clean, beautiful, comfortable

They respond to messages quickly. They were kind with the requests. The place was quite clean. The shower was huge, the bathroom was huge. The building is a gorgeous old building. There was a tiny cute balcony even. The metro station is just outside and everything was in walking distance. The neighborhood is pretty and calm, no suspicious people at all. I could walk in the night without fear. The gar is 10 minutes away. You don't have to interact with anyone everything works with code. I would definitely recommend and if I ever find the chance to visit lille I would definitely stay here.

Not as a dislike I am quite alright with it but not having an elevator could be an issue for the elderly people and special cases. And the stairs were small in diameter which is understandable due to the age of the building. The floors are a bit squeaky again due to the age of the building but I kinda like that it gives a character. The bathroom was quite modern btw. However I don't know if it is a culture difference or something common but the toilets were in a different room than the bathroom; so, you have to change rooms to wash your hands. I found it quite weird. None of these comments are completely negative and I would definitely stay here if I ever find the chance to visit Lille again. (PS. It would be a lot cooler if you had a resident cat wandering around the building 😸)

Great stay, some small improvements would make it even better!

Location was superb, excellent bed, wonderful staff, great amenities (nice coffee machine, cloth cabinet, microwave, fridge incl. freezer in the room), modern new windows, very easy to store your luggage for a late exit.

Quite dusty (which was tricky for my girlfriend, since she's a tad allergic). Bathroom could have been better (bath had a small puncture (which was excellently solved by staff at the same day - really, great staff!) but also the switch between the different taps was stuck), no elevator, and unfortunately, quite some mosquitos.

Séjour cosy

Logement très agréable et pratique. La chambre joliment décorée est assez spacieuse avec une terrasse. Il y a une penderie ouverte et un porte bagage. Le nécessaire pour le repas avec un petit bureau et plusieurs sièges. La salle de bain est bien. La température de la chambre parfaite avec des radiateurs et sèche serviette réglables un plus. Les rideaux sont bien occultants. J'ai apprécie le lieu et reviendrais. :)

Par contre, une attention plus soutenue devrait être faite pour le ménage quelques endroits oubliés (dont un chewing gum des anciens locataires bof :( A noter une petite réparation devrait être effectuée à l'intérieur de la porte de douche. J'ajouterai qu'un bras pour la tv serait à envisager pour pouvoir la tourner à droite et la regarder correctement du lit (juste un conseil car je ne l'ai pas regardé mais plutôt visité Lille ;)

La maison est très jolie et cosy. La chambre décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très confortable et très propre. Le métro juste en face de la maison et à trois stations du centre de Lille, un vrai plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location et nous la recommandons vivement

Un grand merci !

Le studio est petit mais correct pour quelques nuits, la SBD est équipée et spacieuse. Les équipements de cuisine sont là. L'hôtel est top, belle charte graphique et une bonne dynamique ! Bravo. Le personnel rencontrait sur place sont sympa et accueillants.

Il manquait juste une table et 2 chaises.

Très beau logement ! J’ai trouvé mon spot pour mes séjours à Lille.

Le logement est spacieux, j’ai adoré la hauteur sous plafond et le sol en parquet rend le tout très confortable et chaleureux. La télé et le wifi fonctionnement parfaitement. Le métro est vraiment à 2 pas.

Parfait pour un week-end concert au Zénith

Belle maison dans un quartier calme avec le métro à 2 pas et le stationnement voiture très facile. Arrivée autonome même très tard, personnel très réactif aux messages. Chambre propre et bonne literie. Une boulangerie bio à 5mn à pied pour le petit déjeuner.

Nous avons bien dormi malgré les manques en termes de services et l’escalier dangereux.

C’est propre et fonctionnel. La maison est bien placée pour visiter Lille…. Le literie est bonne.

Aucun service sur place et personne à l’accueil. En mode AirBnB…. La chante au 3ieme étage avec un escalier aux marches trop courtes (probablement dû au tapis) : à monter ça n’est pas facile avec des grands pieds, mais à descendre c’est limite dangereux. On vente le café sur murs, mais avec une seule et unique capsule pour 2 et pour 2 jours on ne va pas loin au niveau petit déjeuner.

On a adoré la proximité du lieu avec le logement de notre fils, un lit avec un confort exceptionnel, le calme, on était au rez de chaussée mais aucun bruit de la rue

Fijne kamer in mooi gebouw

2 kamers geboekt, deze waren gelegen achter een halletje dat alleen voor ons toegankelijk was. Prima kamer, badkamer en wat faciliteiten voor koffie/thee/borden. Bakkertje op loopafstand zodat je op kamer kon ontbijten. Ligging tegenover metro. Geen personeel gezien maar contact per e-mail en hoe je je sleutel moest krijgen was duidelijk.

Parkeren was wat lastig (stond meestal vol in de goedkope staat) Ligging niet optimaal want wat buiten centrum , maar door metro geen groot probleem.
