- Helpful staff - Very nice breakfast - Parking on site

- Bad ports / electric sockets - difficult to charge devices or use the coffee machine. Tv stopped working after a while. - We requested a room cleaning service with a note hanging on the door. This was never done!

Perfect Location for the Zenith/ Grand Palais which we were visiting for a concert. Excellent value for money for the price; and a very good secure parking. Although this is a budget hotel; ot was perfectly clean and comfortable. And the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very no frills hotel. Don't expect much.

Liked that it was only a 10-15 min walk from town and the Europe train station. Check out was at 12 which was really handy - no rushing to pack up.

Room was shabby. Bathroom was crazy small - so small it needed a bi-folding door as a normal door would simply not fit/open.

Value for money, would defintedly reccomend the hotel to others.

The hotel was only a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The room had a lovely shower and it was great to have a fan in the room, given the heat. I really liked the fact that you could make your own freshly made orange juice at breakfast.

I would have liked the hot buffet to be restocked more.

Terrible breakfast and hot/ noisy rooms

There was parking

We were super disappointed with this property. No air conditioning in the rooms, windows faced a busy noisy street, breakfast was terrible (I tried to get a refund when I saw the quality of food but the manager refused to refund). Parking was outside so the car got super hot during the days. Room was very small.

Overall was good. Family room size was very decent. Lovely staff at reception who has been very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good and decent price. Facilities needs some attention to details. Old carpet, skirting boards came off, and room was very noise. Perhaps a better quality door with less gaps between the door and the frame would help. Also we were any the lift and it makes an awful noise in the room. Like somebody was using a handsaw in the bedroom. Location is good. 10min in taxi to the city centre.

The property is in a quiet area, easy walk into the centre of town. Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful.

The bedroom was a very small ‘box’. Weather not hot, around 21 degrees, but the room was really hot and stuffy. No airflow at all even with window wide open. Bathroom in need of update, shower tray cracked.

Great value place to stay - comfortable with great staff

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We travlled as a large group, with people arriving late and complications in finding one of our party. Staff really helped out with this and were did everything they could to make it a great trip for all. Rooms were comofrtable, a good size and bathrooms worked very well. Hotel has a small and well-stocked lobby bar that's open fairly late. All the staff spoke excellent English. Although it's not right in the centre of Lille, it's a pleasant 10-15 walk away from most of what you need - nice park right beside you too. Looked at a few places in Lille and this was a really good value option.

Booked for 2 nights recently for a concert at the Zenith Arena. Hotel was VERY close and was clean, comfortable and a good price!! Rooms had USB chargers, tea and coffee facilities and ample storage space. Beds were comfy with a choice of pillows.

My only criticism would be that there is no air conditioning in the room which made things a little uncomfortable....
