The staff attended promptly to a slight water leak and our special request for a ground floor room was met.

Excellent value for price. Those who have stayed in this know that this is a formula hotel chain - small rooms, even smaller bathroom - it is a basic room for a night's sleep while traveling. Once you know what is it; then it is all good. Rating it high because of that.
Small rooms, a bit cramped - but again as long you know what you are expecting - it is fine.
