Comfy bed and friendly staff

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The gap between the foot of the bed and the wall was very small. The bathroom door didn't close properly (in room 32).

Horrible experience

I booked the hotel for one night in a hurry, regardless of the comments, with cancellation policy. My only mistake was that I gave the money to the hotel and did not pay online. When I arrived, I paid and got the room key. When I entered, there was a very bad smell. A small, dirty room, sheets that were not washed at all, and a place full of insects. Because it is located around the lake, the environment may be beautiful, but there are many insects. I returned and immediately canceled and returned to my country. The reservation only speaks French and she doesn't even look at you when talk,. I told her to refund my money with help by the Google Translate. She said she could not and I should send a message to her boss. I sent him a message twice and he did not even answer me. In general, I do not recommend it at all.

Pleasant

Accessible rooms, very clean, but smaller than others in this hotel chain. Secure parking easy and convenient. I didn't make use of any other facilities.

Walls between rooms very thin. Guests in the next room were up screaming, crying, shouting, banging on the walls most of the night so no sleep for me. Not the hotel's fault, but I probably wouldn't stay there again as the room was very cramped, the shower wouldn't fit anyone larger than me in it. Put that with the other problems and i had a very bad experience.

The location is very easy to reach by public transport. They gave us a bedroom facing the park. It was simple, clean and comfortable. The space isn't huge but just enough! The people working were very kind and helpful in different ways.

Good location en route back home, walking distance from restaurants.

The need to separately state age and adult status on booking, leading to a tedious bilingual discussion of adult status in every sphere except tax. I can't change the age of my children, so obviously just change the tick box for child or adult and charge me accordingly. Breakfast has been better previous years.

It’s a motel and not a hotel which is not stated on the site. The actual place does not look like the photos here. it’s very tiny and more like a motel or a caravan. The beds are ok but the rooms and the place is not very clean.

You pretty.well know what to expect from Premiere Classe rooms. This one was quite standard (basic facilities but clean and warm) - maybe a little on the small side, cheap and adequate for a one night stopover on a long drive.

The bathroom area was tiny and there was only a small gap between the end of the bed and the wall - literally you need to turn sideways to walk past the end of the bed. Also, because the room was so small, there was no bedside table on one side of the bed and the bathroom door opened directly.onto the bed.

Chambre sombre, douche très étroite nous étions 3 mais avions que 2 serviettes, pas de gel douche, poignet de porte de la salle de bain/WC cassée. Petit déjeuner léger ne correspond pas du tout à ce qui était annoncé. Bagarre en pleine nuit devant les portes de chambre et personne pour calmer les esprits la police à du intervenir Plus jamais je ne met les pieds la bas !!!
