Location and cleanliness. Metro stop was very near and there are some Arabic restaurants which helps in stay. Room was okay for one person and clean.

L'appartement est joli, bien situé à la sortie de la station de métro. Niveau équipement rien a redire, la douche est fonctionnelle et le petit lit est un plus. Le lit plutôt confortable mais grince énormément.
L'appartement est mal insonorisé surtout que les voisins mériteraient une bonne plainte pour tapage nocturne. Aux vues des commentaires c'est régulier. Ils ont passé la nuit a hurler, a rester dans les couloirs portes ouvertes, musiques et telé a fond, et a faire couler de l'eau toute la nuit. Même frapper au mur ne les arrêtera pas.
