Overall a comfortable stay Some elements of the hotel are great, some are a bit dated and in need of an uplift. Breakfast was okay, a bit limited but fine for a couple of days. Location is good, close to the centre but a bit quieter. Comfortable bed, good size room. Noise from the stairwell at night was an issue. An issue at breakfast when we went down just after 9 with no hot food being available and having been stopped even though breakfast finished at 9:30. Luckily a member of staff cooked some for us, we just had a bit of a wait for it. Overall a good stay for a city break

The hotel is qalking distance from the train station and shopping centre. The rooms is small but has a kettle and teas that you can use. It does need a good paint job and modernising. Thecarpet in the corridor needs a good clean and walls need painting. The staff were very friendly and helpful

My room was unclean when I arrived--there was food and trash on the floor and one of the towels was visibly filthy, though the bed and all other aspects appeared to have been made up and cleaned. I would have overlooked this, but in addition, the hotel staff was wholly unhelpful when I required breast milk storage--after 1 day they told me they couldn't store any more, and did not offer any alternatives, suggestions, or even allow me to check out and receive a refund for the remainder of my trip.

Staff were friendly and helpful, Hotel a good 20 minutes from the centre in a more residential area with nothing else around. No tourist information leaflets available in the hotel. Rpms are quite small and the bathrooms are even smaller with the hot water extremely hot, shower very small. Breakfast was quite poor with items running out and staff having to be asked to refill items and then being told there is nothing left to refill the missing items - this was not acceptable.

The idea of the curtain for shower was uncomfortable and not efficient. The reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. Special mention of the person who takes care of the guests at breakfast was super kind and warm in taking care of our needs. She needs a 5 *.

We only spent one night but the hotel had everything we needed, including parking on the premises. While the hotel is not in centre Lille, it is in close proximity of it, so we could walk there. If I wanted to be picky, some items require updating like the shower room, one of the mattresses was too soft and one handle was missing from the window. In any case if the price is good I would definitely stay again next time for hopefully a longer stay.

we went to park in the car park , and a member of staff told up to go out or the car park and they have another place to park. This added on half an hour ....and we ended up back at the same car park for someone else to tell us parking was available. The walls are thin can hear everything in other rooms. The first night we were put in a room that was tiny, and the only thing double about it was the bed. It looked nothing like the double room pictured on the Internet. We did get moved to a more appropriate sized room on the second day. The hotel was hard to find, because if you miss a turn up what looks like an alley, you end up back on thev autoroute and have to double back and try it again.

The bathroom at this location is very very very small. One cannot take shower and wash his/her legs. You only can stand. My family was not able to take shower properly.
