Relatively easy to locate, but room decor was very tired but parking was good

Sadly restaurant was closed for meals and no hot food for breakfast. Location is quite a way from the centre of Lille but whilst there was a subway stn nearby - elected to drive into the centre

We booked 3 nights only to find they closed the restaurant for two of the nights with no advanced notice. There were no alternative restaurants within easy walking distance.

Location next to main motorway was perfect. Rooms as expected for a Campanile

The car park area was badly maintained as was the bannisters on the stairways - basically run down. They also charged for car parking which I have never had at a Campanile.

Nice accomodation and facilities, just a one off bad experience.

The bed was comfortable, kettle in the room, your own shower and toilet, secure fencing all around, lovely breakfast.

We was on a bike tour to Switzerland we stopped here the first night off the euro tunnel and the last night on our return. The return night was lovely and well worth the money, unfortunately the first night we had travelled from Birmingham and was exhausted, when we checked in our rooms mine was very strong with the smell of drugs "weed" obviously it had either not been cleaned and reported or the cleaner had ignored the smell not reported it, it was there all night and in the morning, I was to tired to complain and move all my stuff again on the night, but I did report it on our return visit.

Perfect for a one night stay

We loved being so close to the motorway although the access to the hotel from our direction of travel is a bit scary, you have to cross a very busy junction and then get into the correct lane very quickly but thankfully it was quiet when we arrived. The room was better than most budget hotels. The receptionist was great, letting me prattle on in bad French but reverting to English with a smile when I got stumped!

We didn't realise you had to pay for parking, it really annoys me on these booking sites when 'parking' can mean so many things. Please make it clear that it's not free parking!

Location, value for money. Secured parking.

It was not possible to contact the reception to inform about our late arrival. We tried multiple times including their general number of the hotel chain. But no one at the reception answered the phone until 9PM. Rooms are not soundproof.

Not really worth it

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

The phone to reach the front desk does not work in any room, the extra pillows didn't have pillowcases, the TV had no remote control or a way to turn it on manually. When I dressed up and went to the front desk in the cold at night to ask for a remote control, the woman told me she was going to see what she could do and simply never gave us an answer.
