City hotel with great location

Very good location, we walked to the city center and the room had everything we needed for a weekend trip to Lille. Staff was helpful, hotel was safe, room clean and cozy. There’s a weekend market on Sunday so it’s better to parked a bit further from the hotel but hotel staff will explain everything. Parking around the hotel is free on the weekends.

Location is aufull, due to a lot of migrants. It is hard to enter to the street, very dirty and danderous. Very small appartment, not convenient (we take a 2- person accomodation): - no place to take your personal belongings Parking for additional cost! as totall: it is similar as Hostel, not hotel

Great Value for money.

It was clean, the staff were friendly, and it was very accessible. As someone travelling from Canada, I committed the sin of forgetting my European adapter. So, I have strong appreciation for the rooms being equipped with USB ports. And, the hotel is a stone's throw away from a supermarket.

The signage on the building. It has gaudy signage indicating, "Best Hotel" and a very discreet, easy to miss sign with its actual name. The hotel is steps from the Metro, but I initially found it hard to locate because I was looking for the sign that read, "Brit Hotel".

Nice friendly comfy hotel near the metro

Nice comfy bed. Small functional bedroom and bathroom. Delicious breakfast and very friendly staff. Next to the tube or 20 min walk into the old town. Local market on the square on Tuesdays. Area feels lovely and local. Underground parking available at 9 EUR per day 50 m away.

Shower is very small. Maybe a little pricey for the overall offer.

The reception was opened 24/7. The quality gits the cost, it's a comfortable place if you're staying for the night

The night staff only spoke french (not a huge issue in my case, but still, it could have been easier)

the lady on the desk was very nice and courteous

it’s an unprepossessing building in a not very charming area, but we needed somewhere to overnight before a train ride.

We liked Lille but would choose a hotel nearer the center and pay more for comfort.

Easy to get to via metro or walk, good price for a 3 night stay

The room and bathroom were very small, the neighbourhood very noisy and lots of gangs hanging around the hotel area, very intimidating local police always present! Hotel very noisy from early in the morning cleaners parking their station outside the door talking loudly and banging equipment and doors, room 306. I guess you get what you’ve paid for so will research a hotel better.
