Excellent choice for breakfast, the scrambled eggs were nice and creamy . Good selection of bread to suit all tastes. Good to see them using 'ugly' fruit which people seemed to be eating.

If i had to nit pick, the toaster was very slow.

Great place to stay for one or several nights.

Wonderful hotel in the city centre, next to the museum. I picked it because of the garage, I did not want to put my car on the streets. Great rooms, fantastic beds, great breakfast and lovely staff.

Maybe some signing in the garage. It's also very dark.

Summer holiday in Lille

Location was great, and it was clean. Happy there was parking and drinks and WiFi.

Breakfast could be a bit more diverse, only warm food was scrambled eggs... more diverse hot food in addition to the other food would have made it exceptional.

Enjoyed Lille but found it very quiet and run down in places

Not enough variety in breakfast plus had to keep asking for restocking. One member of staff in particular was more than helpful but run off his feet.

Hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful

Breakfast was plentiful, set us up for the day, gluten-free bread supplied on request. Housekeeping staff were very helpful when I forgot to put out the ‘please make up the room’ sign. Reception staff were lovely, printed off some new tickets when our train arrangements were changed.

Perfect central hotel in wonderful Lille.

We came to visit friends that live in Lille. My husband is disabled uses a wheelchair the hotel was clean and very accessible. Our room was spacious and quiet. It was excellent value. The staff were welcoming and very happy to help.They supported me with booking taxis and questions about the area nothing was too much trouble. My French is not good there English was excellent. Breakfast was well run. Food was plentiful. The location is in a good position in Lille. Everything is close by my husband even got a haircut.

All the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was fantastic.

My husband had a disabled access room which was really spacious, fantastic for his wheelchair and Zimmer frame, but the bathroom would have benefitted from a grab rail on both sides of the toilet.

A good budget hotel centrally based but air conditioning should be working

Central location, friendly staff

Air conditioning wasn’t working so had to open the window which let the noise in from outside. The double bed was small, no drawers or wardrobe

Perfect location for visiting Lille.

Very Comfortable Room ... Breakfast was usual continental .. Location was PERFECT.. Right on the edge of the Braderie de la Lille with stalls outside the front door. City Centre just a very short walk. We arrived at hotel as planned just before the roads were being closed for the Braderie and was able to use the Hotel Car Park ,

Exellent except for building noises on Friday 14th April

Breakfast and staff were excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, so no faults. I was very impressed and thought it was good value for money.

We were told that building works would finish on 31st March. Our stay was 13th April to 15th April. Building works were still taking place on Friday 14th April. It was difficult to read in our room during that afternoon.

Lill is a nice place to visit

Friendly staff. Location of hotel is very good. Nearby Place de Republique and Museum Beaux Arts. Hotel has a private parking which you can use for 15 euro per day. Bed and shower is clean. Good breakfast buffet. Just all the basics you need for a good and safe stay.

Maybe room needs a refinish. Single beds for bigger person like me a little too small. But there is not much you really will complain about or need inprovements. But also it is nothing special.
