Great stay for two nights

Nice hotel, first time in a Moxy but quite funky. Rooms nice but basic (small hanging rail and no drawers). But fine for a 2 night stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Sorted out an issue with overcharging me on bill quickly and efficiently. Lovely building - an old hospital or something like that. About 15 minutes walk to the main square. Would stay again.

Nice stay but a pitty that the badroom wasn’t ok.

Location, young vibe. Nice decoration. Very beautiful building.

There was no pressure in the shower. Very difficult to take a shower with almost no water. Also, the toilet didn’t flush well.

Best value stay in Lille for the money you pay

Excellent value for money. Always clean having stayed many times. Late check out time, which is 12pm. The televisions in the rooms are big and support chrome cast.

Can be a little noisy at the weekends as there is usually some sort of event on in the lobby area.

Looks great but some things need attention.

The hotel is looks great. The staff were friendly. Secure parking was available for a reasonable charge.

None of the dispensers in the shower - gel, shampoo, conditioner worked. Our room was rather dark. Yes, it's the style of decor but not that practical. There were no seats available at breakfast on Sunday - too many people came for breakfast at the same time.

Nice building, good location, shame about the rooms.

Lovely building, buzzy vibe and a good location in the heart of Lille. The bar area seemed well stocked and the staff were relatively helpful.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. There was only one pillow provided. The TV was not facing the bed and basically impossible to watch. The window was tiny and the heating system kept the room incredibly hot.

We had a pleasant stay.

I had asked for a room with a large window and my request got taken care of. Very quiet room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The lobby is very noisy and unfortunately that is where the breakfast is served. The bedroom's heating is blocked at 22° Celsius; the shower's pressure is not high. The second morning the shower's hot water was only lukewarm.

Great place to stay for a weekend

Great location, very nice building and facilities. We could check-in at 12. It also has parking and pet friendly.

Staff a bit slow in handling guests, we had to wait over 20min in queue (only 1 person was doing check-ins and bar).

I would stay again at this hotel as it was a fun hotel and was very convenient for what we needed it for.

Staff on arrival we’re fabulous and Josephine was amazing and extremely helpful!

Breakfast was poor due to running out of bacon with an hour still to go. I asked the lady that was working on cleaning and replenishing the breakfast area to be told there was no more. My breakfast considered of a bowl of cereal and a slice of toast.

Good for sightseeing but improvement needed

Convenient location for sightseeing in a quiet residential area. Wide and secure underground garage. Good breakfast

There were some staff in the bar, but not enough staff for check-in and we had to wait for 20 minutes for check-in. The rooms smell weird. Not enough cleaning in the room and hollways, there is a lot of dust. Air conditioning equipment works but not condition the temperature. Some guests were noisy in the garden until midnight. Good location but not worth the price.

Quirky and interesting, the communal area is great for relaxing with a really vibrant feel.

Had a small issue with the room, quite small, and odd lighting systems within the room meant it wasn't the most comfortable nights sleep. Bathroom doors should be glass ideally

Staff were all excellent and professional with the appropriate amount of friendly. Location was excellent and premises had a lot of charm and love put into it.

A super bright light in bedroom which could not be turned off unless you turn off all the lights. Lack of toiletries was disappointing as well

A great weekend hotel and city are wonderful

It was ultra modern beautifuly decorated,room clean and well equipped, 15 min walk to center

The payment scenario was really not good , hotel payment taken day prior to arrival and then another payment was taken on arrival for things we may or may not have had , at check out I was due a refund but told it would be 2 weeks for refund, not good , not happy

Fun, Funky place in great lovation

Good location in university area / 15 mins walk to Grand Place and old town. Funky decor in lovely old building. Nice bar beside reception and in the garden. Good lounging spaces. Good parking. Friendly staff.

Stunning modern hotel from the inscription above the door looks like it used to be a medical school. Great staff and very good breakfast. Air condition was a bonus as was badly needed. Would stay here again.

Location is great, within walking distance of great bar/restaurant and the center. Decent size room. Parking is great, plenty of space.

Shower wasnt working well, no water pressure. Mattress is not good quality (mattress topper put on top of bad mattress but we could still feel the spring)

Fantastic location for a reasonable price (we booked late in Aug).

The location of the hotel is outstanding. Useful as a base for walking around Lille. The rooms were a good size, breakfast was fab and the overall vibe was chilled and modern.

The marketing. Less 'this is a wanna be club' and more 'this is a great place to stay for holidays'. Lille isn't Ibiza and this hotel isn't a party central place. Modern, but not club like, thankfully.

Parking at the property is expensive, and tourist tax was added afterwards. There was no window in the room, other than a high small skylight.

A lovely lively relaxed place with plenty of seating options. The crew (staff) were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The room was a little dark, maybe a wrong choice in our part but I would have been happy to have paid more for a room with a larger window. We were there for 3 nights so needed to go back to our room for a period during the day. Others than the bed there was not other reasonable seating.
