Good hotel right in the center!

The rooms were very clean and the hotel was relatively quite for such a central location. Big and modern shower. Parking right next to the hotel. Club room with tea and coffee is a big plus! The hotel photos on Booking show exactly how it is.

There was only 1 towel per person, but as a female with long hair, I love to have a separate towel for my hair :) It was difficult to buy drinks in the bar as staff was always busy… but these are just minor points, overall we liked our stay

Unfortunately, a poorly managed situation

We would have enjoyed the trip (hotel facilities, service and personnel) IF it hadn’t been for a major hiccup which really negatively impacted our stay: the fire alarm on Saturday during the night which went off at 2:30am AND again at 5:30am. For about 10 to 15minutes both times. No announcements, no communication, nobody passing in the corridors, everybody panicking and jumping out/getting out of bed TWICE in the middle of the night, getting dressed and taking the service emergency stairs. It was borderline dangerous and very distressing. To be told the next day it wasn’t their fault but a client who was smoking in his room, and thus that there would be absolutely no commercial gesture done, nothing, not even breakfast offered?! Company policy and hotel management directives. It was ridiculous. Poorly managed from start to finish, with a clear gap or lack of emergency situation management processes when it comes to fire / the alarm going off which made us feel really unsafe afterwards. Made it quite stressful and the absolute opposite of what a hotel stay like this one should be (pleasure with decent service).

Small and industrial. The complimentary food and drink was really poor. The facilities are crude. The club room is noisy with little by way of soft furnishings. The bed room is too small making it feel uncomfortable

Great location, friendly staff, watch out for parking on the streets.

The location was great, right in the city centre. Shops and restaurants nearby. The service was all good, we got everything we needed when we asked for it right away. The staff is friendly and ready to help.

When we arrived the room wasn’t really the clean, could’ve been better. Unfortunately the parking isn’t included and not that cheap although it’s right around the corner of the hotel. On Sunday’s you can park on the street, the only thing is our car got broken jnto while parked on a Saturday evening after 7PM for one day.

Cute hotel in centre of Lille

Good location, tastefully decorated hotel, and friendly staff.

The bathroom is only separated from the bedroom by some scarcely distributed wooden planks, showing directly in the shower. It was not a big issue for my trip, but some people might consider this.

Smart modern hotel in an excellent location

Breakfast selection could be more varied, especially the fruit. On two mornings the breakfast service appeared to be under staffed, for example there were no bowls or knives available. The single staff member running the buffet immediately fetched these on request (which was great) but with more staff the breakfast buffet could be monitored more closely.

I'd rather have a kettle in the room than a pod machine. I know there is coffee available 24/7 in the club room but a kettle in the room would allow guest to make a hot beverage in their room (rather than the tiny cup of pod coffee).

Exquisite hotel with a nice vibe and friendly staff

We were extremely happy with our stay at OKKOs! Very cozy rooms, superfriendly staff, great lounge are were they provide free snacks and drinks. The rooms are also very well insulated, so was very calm despite a lively street outside.

An average accommodation next to the city centre

Location is great, you're just minutes away from shops and attractions. The room is fairly spacious.

Part of the room wasn't cleaned properly - nothing too unacceptable though. The staffs weren't as friendly as I'd expect.

Great central location. Very modern clean room and well designed to make the most of the available space. Comfortable bed and great shower with a decent hairdryer! Friendly staff. Loved the breakfast/ lounge/ restaurant area. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to use the gym on this occasion.

Greedy pricing!

Location central, staff nice and breakfast (though extra) very good, Also all day coffee and lounge very good. Very clean and functional

Locacation central and in shopping area but surrounded and out side space just a smoking area. The cost was quite ridiculous - hyper inflated for rugby world cup and by the day we left dropped over 50%!!!

Great location but some limitations

Fabulous location, and the big room with tea and coffee, aperitivo, etc is a great idea. Staff were friendly and helpful. We liked the modern style of decor and our room was quiet and restful.

Room was small and didn't have great storage - adequate for a few nights but no more. Shower open plan to the bedroom was a bit odd - fine for a couple but could be awkward for friends. We didn't find the bed very comfortable. Breakfast quality was average to poor, and the coffee from the machine was undrinkable- truly awful!
