Location was perfect. We booked a parking spot at Rues Piétonnes - Le 31. The rituals showgels were great. Bed was comfortabel and we had airco. The staff were very friendly. Nice that we can take coffee and tea from the breakfast room.
We were late at breakfast and there was not really a refill and was not that much for 13.50 euro. The airco was little bit noisy. We were staying on the third floor and you can hear everything on the hall way from closing door and sneezing of people.

Great location
If you closed the windows as it was cold outside, the room would smell like sewerage , so had to keep the windows open
The door on the bathroom was a sliding door with no latch and would slide open when you didn’t want it to
