Quiet location, 3 minutes on foot from cafes, shopping and city centre. Parking at end of street (can pay in cash, credit card or three apps). E35 for most of the day, probably around E50 for the whole day, free on Sunday.

Great location close to the centre. Spacious room. Very quiet at night. Anne, the owner, was very helpful providing local information.

A demanding climb up to the 4th floor for older people. Towels were not generous. Photos of the property give the impression they offer breakfast but they don't.

Location was outstanding! The unit itself was very nice, and super clean, but it was cold. A small space heater would have been a huge help. Overall, the location and price were hard to beat, so I would stay there again.

Lovely B&B!

I had a wonderful day at La Villa 30, the B&B owner tried their best to accommodate to my needs. The room was very comfortable to stay at, cozy, well equipped.

No one to contact

Tried to call and text the phone number provided, but no one picked up, called back or ever answered the text. Luckily we managed to get into the room, otherwise.. Room felt unsafe to leave belongings, door lock didn't inspire confidence. Don't recommend if you are carrying valuables. Wifi didn't have internet access, but no one to contact.

Nice quiet place just 10 minutes’ walk from Lille Flandres railway station

Good location in a quiet street just a 10 minutes’ walk from the Lille Flandres railway station. A very friendly and welcoming owner. The room and bathroom were impeccably clean. There were as well coffee and tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast was varied and very good.

Reception is on the first floor and our room was on the second floor; there is no elevator so be sure you have sufficient mobility

Great hospitality and wonderful breakfast.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We were warmly welcomed and our heavy suitcases were carried upstairs for us. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were attractively presented. The highlight of our visit was the exceptional breakfast which would be hard to beat. The range, quality and freshness of the produce really impressed us. We would happily stay here again, especially if travelling by train as the station was quite close by.

We have received and amazing warm welcome with an amazing recommendation for discovery the local beer coulture. Location is perfect. It is very close to the heart of the Town Center, as well as Europe station. Room was super clean, comfortable and very well equipped.

All was very good; however, one needs to know there is no elevator (which is not uncommon at all in older European houses!). There is no parking on site, but a very reasonably priced public parking is at approximately 5 minutes walking distance!

Because it's an ancient building, you can ear the noise from the upper room and, consequently, also make noise. The "audio isolation" is the only negative factor.

Excellent value in a family occupied and run B&B

This is a small five room B&B Which you are essentially sharing with a family of five husband , wife and three boys. The wife basically runs the b& b and runs it very well. I only saw my room and the one next door both were well furnished attractive and completely different from one another so I imagine the other three rooms are also unique. The location is a short walk from the Lille Flanders train station and just a little further to the Lille Europe station if you’re coming from real Europe with a bunch of baggage I would suggest a taxi or an Uber, The location is in between old Lille and the fine arts museum both of which are a short walk away. The breakfast is mostly breads cheeses cereal juice pastries more than enough to get the day started. Don’t be deterred by the 5 PM check out it’s very easy to arrange an earlier check in or just to drop off of your bags Given the comfort of the rooms and the breakfast area combined with the location and price makes this an excellent value for Lillle. Sadly if you have trouble with stairs this is not the place for you: Reception is on the first floor , rooms start on the second floor and there’s no elevator. Aside from that you really can’t go wrong staying here

I love how convenient the location of this property is. Mathieu and Caroline (the owners) are great hosts, they gave me recommendations about restaurants, tourist attractions among others. They were really kind. My room was really cozy and liked the decoration.

Excellent location, perfect for a short break, would stay again

Room was charming, cosy and comfortable, fantastic view of the street at the front, nice little balcony. Location excellent; walking distance from the train stations and the city centre; convenient for the Palais des Beaux Arts. Plenty of eating places in the local area as well as supermarkets. Room accessible before 17:00 so able to leave bags in room, have a cup of tea before going out to explore. A useful city map was provided. Perfect.

Really great little hotel in a great location

Great hotel in a fabulous location - close to the town centre and attractions. The rooms are fabulous - big, but comfortable. Lots of nice touches in the rooms with the furniture. Good size bathrooms. Lovely breakfast too in a beautiful room. The staff are very friendly One of the best hotels I have stayed in, it is just lovely.
