Room was lovely. Location superb right in the centre and near the Eurostar train line.

Breakfast was good, lots of choice
Unfortunately, the shower facilities were far from satisfactory. Although the shower was fitted with a rain-shower head, this was not functioning. The alternative hand-held shower attachment could not be adjusted to face downwards and would only sit horizontally in the holder. As a result, it was impossible to use the shower hands-free and I had to hold the shower head throughout in order to shower.
