Fantastic value, lovely room, good facilities and friendly staff.

The hotel was exceptional value considering the standard of our room and the facilities on offer. The desk staff were incredibly helpful. The room large, spotless and very comfy beds; plentiful for a family of 4. The staff offered us a takeaway breakfast due to our early departure, which was very caring and attentive; they made fresh coffee at 6.45am for our takeaway! A short walk from the charming central squares of Arras, with dozens of restaurants on offer. This hotel helped make our brief overnight stay a very enjoyable last night in France.

Spotlessly clean, modern hotel. Stayed here before. Comfortable bed, lovely shower. Location in a town. Good parking, secure.

Selection at breakfast very good, cereals, breads, spreads and cooked eggs with bacon. Coffee is self serve from a machine with choices and freshly squeezed orange juice.

A kettle to boil water for tea would be preferable, out of the coffee machine it is not hot enough.

The room was fresh and spotlessly clean, staff were present when you needed them and genuinely friendly. The secure underground parking was reassuring and safe. Breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold food. The hotel surpassed my basic expectations of a comfortable bed, good shower and cleanliness. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.

nice place, i would go back in case

Staff was nice and helped us. Hotel was basically brand new, maybe it's not but that's how it seemed. Everything was clean and easy to use.

I thought that it was closer to downtown Lille, walking to the center is an option but it would take too much. Easier by bus but it takes some time (there is also the option to take the metro, but the station is at more or less 20 minutes). Bathroom was a little stinky.

Location: along a city road, but quiet and centrally located. 75/100 Staff: quick and efficient. 75/100 Rooms: very clean, with modern and relatively stylish furniture. Very comfortable large beds. Very quiet. 85/100 Parking: indoor, covered, secure. Not very easy to find and access because of the one-way road, but this is not the hotel's responsibility. 85/100 Price: 140€ (without breakfast) for two rooms in a very clean and good hotel. For the same amount of money, you cannot even sleep in a rat hole in the UK or in Germany (both terrible countries for accommodations)

Yes, the location is not in front of the Colosseum or the Isle of Capri, but still very recommended for a nice stop in northern France. We did not have the breakfast.

Overnight stay

As I travelled by, it was perfect for me location not far from highway. Free parking, friendly staff. Very clean and in order. Late night check-in possible - very handy if your ferry is delayed by 1.5h… Good value for money!

The location was okay

I booked the hotel as it had parking but it did not mention height restrictions so we could not use. There was pkwy of space on the hotel grounds but we were told we could not park there. The area has a large problem with drains as it smells really bad.not

The check in was very easy. The gentleman there was helpful and explained everything. The parking was small but accessed the hotel through an elevator. The bed was very comfortable.

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower, which didn’t have a closing door so it wet the floor and the shampoo/showergel that was very drying.
