Perfect location and quality for the price.

The Room was adequate for my sister and I. The location was perfect for meeting up with other family members and very accessible to the underground, trains and to the Zenith where we went for a gig on Sunday evening. The staff was really accommodating and the choice of Breakfast outstanding. Slept really well.

It would have been nice to have a kettle and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. And hand towels. although when we asked we were given another set of large towels so can't grumble.

Great location and decent food, but rooms are in need of an upgrade

- Location was great. Very close to the Lille Flandres station and the Grand Palais convention center - Breakfast and dinner options were good. Enough options so everybody can find something they like

- The room has seen better times. The room was clean, but is worn down and is in need of an upgrade, especially the bathroom. At the bottom of the sink, the frame board was missing, so part of the plumbing was exposed. This caused me to find a cockroach crawling in the sink, wich wasn't a pleasant experience. Since it was just a single one as far as I know, I believe it can be fixed by repairing the frame board.

cheap hotel in desperate need of room renovations

Lobby and breakfast area very well presented.

The smell outside was very unpleasant, my partner didn't feel safe to go outside and smoke alone. When you enter the hotel you walk into the lovely modern fresh looking lobby, you think OK it's not too bad, reception was OK, check in fine, we was given one room key, paid €20 for parking, after parking we called the lift, it never came, so lugged our bags upstairs to our room, which well.... Clearly hasn't need renevated since the 90s, it was functional but not very clean, it was tired tbh, the light in the toilet was like being in a disco, you get 1 pillow each, and 1 half towell, shower wasn't great, toilet poor positioned. Breakfast in the morning was OK, apart from the host who shook his head at me, after he greeted us with 'room number' to which I replied 'Good morning you mean, we are room ***' it's basic manners. Parking is around the back and the entrance is very tight, if you have nice alloys get someone to see you though as you can't see when driving in. It is what it is I guess a cheap hotel in desperate need of room renovations and modernisation, should be better.

Close to the train but I do not recommend this ibis.. not really great as I am used to.

I liked the fact that it was close to the train station

The personal staff weren’t very nice and welcoming. The room smelled weird.. the floor wasn’t clean, my socks were very dirty & the fact that the keys couldn’t control the lights compare of other ibis, it was not really cool.

location and staff, nice a clean.

A school party who were loud, obnoxious banged on doors and run up and down corridors. finally got to sleep around 03.00 am. Hotel at our request had to ask the 3 times to quiet it down. No idea what the so called teachers were doing!
