    We had some problem with the first room but the staff was very helpful and gave us another room immediately. All in all its a good hotel for a short stay.

    Basic very small room with bed which took up most of the space. Small shower, Small toilet. Very basic breakfast (not very substatial). One life to get up 6 floors (it was broken one day fortunately we only needed to go down not up). Very close to old town and very close to station so convenient for that. Be aware that if you book via a hotel app then the way in is via a QR code which we didnt get as we didnt book directly so we had to go to a partner hotel by the station (200m away) called the Hôtel La Valiz Lille to get the QR code. You need this to get in. Generally staff were very friendly. Not sure I would stay again as too basic for our needs.
