It was ok for short staying.

Location and heating of the room.

The room is too small to be shared with a work colleague. The bathroom and toilet are located directly in front of one of the beds (without heating), and the sliding door is noisy and frequently gets stuck when opened. In addition, the door does not fit properly in the entrance frame, leaving gaps around it. As a result, when one person uses the toilet, the other must leave the room, and during the night, any use of the toilet inevitably wakes the other person. Basic breakfast.

Good value for money, clean and perfect location

The room was really clean and just the right size. The temperature was great. Plenty of space to put away things.

I wish there had been a kettle and coffee. The dryer was available but you had to ask at reception. To use it you had to keep your hand on the plug to keep it pushed in the socket. The shower bar was coming off the wall and it was hard to shower without spilling because the screen was not wide enough. Toilet although facing the sliding door so not very comfortable when staying with a friend. Also no socket near the bed to charge your phone. But overall the room was good for a night there and location was great

everything, smashing little hotel, central, everything in walking distance, shops, bars, railway stations, and I had such a lovely little room, felt so cozy and brilliant lights. Loved the place. It had a homely feel, and it was quiet!

Nightmare

Arrival

No parking, the hotel staff suggested to park the car on the street but then someone broke the car windows and stole our belongings during the night. Hotel staff was not helpful at all. No reliable indication on where we could park our car safely was given.

Cheap hotel in the right place

Looked rather sketchy from the outside, inside tired and needing attention. Bathrooms were ongoing a refit.

Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Extremely hard to find. No warning of poor parking facilities. No a/c. Had to sleep with windows open. This meant that I could not sleep because of all the noise outside.

curtain didn’t go all the way down, lots of light in the morning in the room we booked 2 single beds but there was 1 double bed in our room. the hotel didn’t get the information apparently. they fixed it so all good but we had to wait 30min

Towels are not expensive

The loc was very good as we travelled on a train and its very close to the railwaystation.

No amenities. We srayed there 2 days 3 people. They gave us 3 towels for everything. Next day I asked them to change our towels coz we used them. They gave us 1. Then I had to go back to the reception to ask for more. Very beautiful girl t the front desk then went up with me and got me towels.

Stay away from this hotel.It's a dirty & dodgy place

Everything in the hotel is disgusting and dodgy The hotel is very dirty and the staff are not nice . They will never reply to your messages and they have a very bad attitude. It was very hard to find the hotel, besides there was no sign to it . It looks dodgy and they wrote the name of the hotel on a piece of wood . You won't feel at peace there . There is a loud bar downstairs .

Just to lay down one’s head for the night.

Breakfast was not very fresh. Milk tasted off. Cheese was dry. Cold refrigerated eggs - not great.

Too many hallways like a maze and flights of steps to reach room. Very noisy outside. Had to open window to sleep as it was very hot and stuffy in the small room with no fan.

The hotel was hard to find despite being so close to the station. I had read a lot about Greet hotels and was excited for my first experience, but the hotel had barely received any update from its former incarnation as hotel Calm. So I felt I paid extra for not much. The room was small and poorly insulated.

Noisy but decent enough

- very friendly and helpful staff - central location - decent enough room if you’re just there to sleep (comfortable bed, good shower)

- noise from neighbours partying was horrendous on one night in particular and had to complain to reception in the middle of the night. not the hotel’s fault but put a dampener on my experience because I couldn’t sleep - noise within the hotel is also loud at times - can hear people in neighbouring rooms walking and talking - bit shabby (but they’re renovating) and bathroom in the room smelled like drains
