Very central and easy to find. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms.
Some of the finishing was a bit haphazard, the door had fallen off in our bathroom. A new room was assigned very quickly tho!

I was worried based on earlier reviews but everything was fine, the rooms are freshly painted, the bathrooms well renovated, lift access was also good. With the windows shut street noise was greatly reduced. Location near the station was excellent.
No kettle in the room, but I took my tea bags to reception and they helped me get hot water and milk. The curtains were a little tatty. We started in the 3 bed room, has a much larger bathroom than the twin room.

The staff at the front desk/reception were very friendly and you can leave your luggage there for the day once you've checked out. The room is comfortable and modern. The location is great- very central and close to the station.
I didn't sleep well as you can hear everything through the walls and flooring. I could hear the people above me walking around very clearly (early hours of the morning and also in the morning). A member of the cleaning staff was also quite rude - she knocked on my door and when I told her I haven't checked out yet (I still had 30 minutes) she rolled her eyes and walked away.
