A very cost effective and fairly comfortable way to stay right in the heart of downtown Lille.

It was well priced, central, the staff were friendly and there's convenient secure parking close to the hotel for 15euros a night. It wasn't quiet during the evening but it was at night.

Nice hotel near train station and very calm

The room has air conditioning, which is rare in France. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, location is great and convenient. Parking space is also very close. And yes, the room is very quiest!

OK for a quick pitstop

5 minutes to Flanders, a little more to Europa, beds are wide in large cabinets, men's bathroom was large, sparkling clean, plenty of facilities… across a wide plaza from that tacky huge shopping mall

The hostel seems to be an afterthought, it's in the basement, windowless, stale air, there are windows in the dorm up at the ceiling level where a lot of foot traffic passes above, so it can be noisy, I did manage to open the window a bit to get some fresh air in, OK for one day if you want to be near the station, other than that I would move farther into town with a better choices…

Very basic and in the basement

Great location; easy to find. Surprisingly, I had a good night sleep. I liked the curtain provided for your room was really good for privacy. Shower facilities were clean and soap provided. Good size lockers and if you’ve forgotten your lock you can hire one for €2.

It is literally in the basement, therefore when the only one window was open in the room, you could hear the noise from the street. The bottom bunk beds are literally floor level, so you have to get on your hands and knees to enter. As the hostel is in the basement, it is not a very pleasing atmosphere like in other hostels I’ve stayed before. Although for one night’s sleep it was okay.

Convenient, clean, lovely staff but would benefit from an update.

Staff were amazing. Breakfast was very good. Cleanliness excellent, location excellent. Right in the centre but generally on a quiet street. Very near train station.

The decor was tired. The room colour was too dark and the main light inadequate (side lights fine). Self catering was really basic. No bread board or bread knife for instance.

Definitely a CALM hostel to stay at!

- Really close to both the main train stations and right in the centre of Lille - The capsule-like bed was extremely comfortable and felt nice and private due to the curtain and wooden panels. Had two types of reading light, plenty of charging ports and a shelf for items too - Locker was provided and was nice and big. A code or padlock is provided for you. - The common area had a small kitchen and fridge - The bathroom was always clean and the showers were brilliant. The shower cubicle was also nice and spacious - The staff were very friendly and helpful - Luggage storage available - Wifi was fast

- While location is good generally, the actual street it is on is a bit loud, could hear shouting all the time and smell cigarettes. - The €100 deposit seems a bit excessive and is generally just an annoyance.

Bad, worst place I had ever stayed in Europe after travelling over 300 cities.

No wifi, the room is in basement. No network and the staff say because I check in late (10+pm). My locker was filled with used smelly towels, pillow is Squarish like sofa cushion. I am like staying in a cave. Feedback to the staff on the towel, she gave me a smile n say oh. That's it, n not even apologetic.

I've stayed here before and it's so modern; clean, easy and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Comfortable lounge, beds are cool pods, honestly it's perfect. Great location for concerts and sightseeing.

Perfect for a short stay, very calm and close to the city center. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable. There is a small kitchenet if you want to warm up some food. The shower is spacious. Everything was great!

Superb

The staff was very helpful and nice and the sleeping quarters were really comfortable. Furthermore, I liked that there was where you charge your phone in the sleeping quarter and that soap and towels were provided. I also really liked that I could lock up my luggage so close to my bed! There was a kitchenette area that allowed people to easily prepare their own meals, should they have wanted to do so.

The area outside the hostel was a little shady at night, and sometimes, you could hear people conversing (and even fighting) till quite late into the night! I was told by friends that it's due to its proximity to the train station, but it was still something to keep in mind.

I will never go again here.

Location was near to the station.

One day cost for stay costs around 30 euros but the security deposit they charge 100 euros and that money will reflect after 15 to 30days to your account. They made security deposit no way for noise or smoking if the customer do. But total noise I can’t even able to sleep. It’s waste of stay for me.

Great hostel, great location, great staff and good for the money

Staff were amazing! They were all super helpful and friendly. Rooms were quiet and clean. Location is fantastic as it is right by Lille Flandres station. Bathrooms were clean and tidy too and the showers were 👌🏻 if you like a powerful, hot shower🙂 Curtains on beds are great too as they totally block the light out in the room.

Absolutely nothing to moan about at all but just be prepared to walk back in to the kitchen to get to the rooms after a shower.
