Comfortable stay, great location.

The location is amazing, 1 min from the train station, 5 min from the old city.

The bathroom had some malfunctions. The breakfast was good, but if you are late then a lot of food is gone. When something is empty they didn’t supply the buffet with fresh food.

Good location but horrible hotel

The location was good for the price

Let’s start with the super small shower then the separate horrible Beth. Also only 1 blanket then the noise of the street and the flushing of the toilet and the messy blankets. Also unfriendly staff the old woman ( manager ) was very mean and not respectful to me.

The hotel is nice and the location is great. The manager was very friendly and tried to make sure everything went well.

The hôtel central location, in the heart of Lille city next to train station. Close to all sorts of amenities. The hôtel itself has excellent restaurant & café.

The hotel is close to the station but also to the center city. Large terrace with good assortment of drinks (nice IPA!). Room looks tired, but bathroom was refurbished.

Reception was moderate. Bed was acceptable but being close to the station implies that on one hand there is a lot of noise outside. Inside as well since other guests got up at four at night and with the wooden floors you cannot miss that. My car could not be parked at the hotel and the garage at the station was a ten minutes walk with luggage and very expensive.

The bed was ok. But there was no Aircon in room. As room temperature was really hot. Secondly there was a very bad smell of washroom drainage pipes. Made the room smell bad always . Even when you open the window. So rooms were not very comfy

I wouldn’t stay there for a second time

The location is very good

If you are taking in consideration the parking that “they have” to decide which hotel to stay, don’t take this one, they have only 2 parking spaces, which I asked about just after confirming my reservation and they took days to reply and say that there was no parking spaces available anymore. There is no fan or AC in the room, and on the street it was too noisy to leave the window open.

Budget solution

The hotel was good value for money. Bed was comfortable. The room was big enough. Also the view was nice.

Breakfast was disappointing. It really didnt have that much of anything. The parking was terrible, we got no response from the hotel and tried to find a park downtown ending paying up to 30€ for the park. There should be better instructions in the hotel description. There was also just one planket which is not nice when travelling with friend

Every aspect of the stay. The room was booked on thr day. Only allowed to check in the room at 3pm. Emailed prior to request check in at 11.00. No response. Visited hotel and was told only 3pm. Room was hot and stuffy. Both my son and I had numerous insect bites following day. Breakfast was poor. Meats dried poor selection. Breakfast area was very tired looking. Really would not recommend this hotel.at all.

Perfect hotel for 1-2 nigth stay in heart of Lille near the station

Stayed here for second time. Close proximity to the trains stations makes it perfect for a stop over. Due to availability had to opted for a superior room instead a regular one. The upgrade of the room is well worth it. Much more spacious and better quality bathroom and furniture.

Nothing really. Hotel was better then expected in it's price class. A shower curtain would be nice in the walk-in shower to keep bathroom bit more dry.

Easy to find but very noisy.

Very close to the station and easy to find. The bed was clean. Stylish.

Very noisy street, long into the night, and my room heard everything. The shower drain was clogged and showerhead was dirty. The walls were filled with cracks and holes.

Great location!

I have to say that the room was small, but I was by myself, so not a problem. The hotel is about 100 feet from the train station, and about 400 yards from the Grand Plaza, and opposite is a large shopping mall, it is in a busy area, but in my room you could barely hear anything. The hotel has a restaurant and bar, I ate there one night and the food was nice and a reasonable price. I had a balcony overlooking the plaza. The bed sheets were like new and the shower, although a small cubical was good, for the price I found this hotel very good.

Small room but central location. No AC so very warm in the summer, loud during La Braderie weekend.

Very central area, close to the train station and near the city center, beautifull view.

Very small room with no AC and bad air circulation. The room got very hot quickly and the french balcony is directly on the square, which provides a nice view but no privacy if one wants to open the window. Bad sound isolation, noisy due to the central location.
