Comfortable and convenient.

It’s in a good location. Ten minutes walk from Eurostar and old town. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable.

The Reception staff could be more friendly and smile a bit! This was the second time I stayed at the hotel and during the first time the hot drinks machine was available all day. This time, it was only turned on at breakfast which seems a bit “penny pinching”.

Good location and friendly staff

Location is quite good. It takes only 15 walking to the centrum. Rooms are big enough and beds are comfortable and wide. Room and bathroom equipments are a bit old. Staff we interacted was very friendly and helpful. We appreciate their good service. There is a indoor parking facility but driving into the garage is very challenging. I couldn't have managed it but they had already warned us. Breakfast is not very rich but enough to get full.

I guess they are using a kind of cleaning vinegar to clean the tables during breakfast time and it stinks. But it doesn't make people stop having their breakfast.

Cosy hotel for a weekend

Cosy hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional. Room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Nice touches in the room like extra pillows and very comfortable bed. Our experience was very pleasant and would recommend this hotel.

One thing that could be improved is the hair dryer which is extremely old and inefficient. The breakfast was okay although it lacked variety and seemed better in pictures than real life.

Very pleasant

Priviledge room was very spacious with room to store folding bikes. Breakfast was comprehensive including eggs and bacon, fresh baguettes and pastries. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very near eurorail station and cycle network. About 10 minutes walk into the city with a good choice of restaurant, cahes and bars.

Would recommend hotel.

Great location. Directly opposite the hotel is a tram line . 2 stops you are in the middle of Lille which takes only a couple of minutes. Comfy beds. Very clean. Car park is handy

Location was easy to get to and from central Lille.

The reception, bar and breakfast areas are all the same room right in front of you as you walk in, someone has been very creative with the pictures and descriptions of these areas.

Was fine stay, but unfortunately some one had been smoking in there room and fire alarm went off at 4am and had to leave

Breakfast coffee facilities poor, both machines had issues. 1 male member of Reception staff particularly unhelpful on Saturday morning. Asked for a 2nd pillow, told couldn’t have one! Also heard other guests complaining to same member of staff about his attitude.

Didn’t live up to expectations

Location good 2 mins by tram to Eurostar station 5 mins to Lille centre. Tramstop outside hotel .

Hotel room bare of essentials and in need of updating . No kettle or safe which are a must these days !! Minibar is actually a small fridge that’s empty. Room quiet when window shut but when open very noisy from traffic and construction work opposite hotel . Breakfast not a great deal of choice. Only hot option was scrambled eggs and warm ham Staff not really friendly except when we picked up left luggage on last day . No restaurant which considering there are hardly any nearby is rather poor .

A comfortable, functional hotel.

The room was comfortable, and desk staff helpful. Nice having a cold water dispenser in the corridor. Very easy access into the centre of town and to Roubaix via the tram.

The air con wasn't working, although it was extremely hot during our stay. If we opened the window, it was impossible to sleep because of the noise from the street.

Fire alarm at 2am! 😳

Good location next to tram stop, two stops from the centre of Lille. Free cold water available outside the room. Friendly welcome. Good breakfast.

Air conditioning didn't work so the room was very stuffy, even with the window open. The shower was tricky to get to a reasonable temperature and the tray became quickly flooded. The fire alarm went off at 2am! No sign of any staff to advise. Torn wallpaper in the room and smears showed that it hadn't been cleaned very well.

Good hotel.

spacious room. Good breakfast. Parking on site although getting into garage was very difficult (narrow entrance limited by access from road due to parked cars.

Was told breakfast was included at check in. Checked this again later. In the morning the receptionist then tried to charge us for the breakfast as it should not have been included. I explained what we had been told and we didn't have to pay, but felt uncomfortable.

Good hotel, but the car park is unsafe and requires improvement.

This is a good 3-star hotel. The room would benefit from some renovating, but is generally acceptable. The location and breakfast are fine. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The worst thing about this hotel is the car park. The entrance is very narrow, and the car park itself is very small. It's very difficult to reverse and manoeuvre there. It is simply unsafe, and it looks like a number of cars were scratched and damaged there. My advice to the owners would be to reduce the number of parking spaces by two (to allow for more space) and put warning signs where appropriate.

It was slightly away from the center of the city (around 20-25 min on foot), but the tram is right in front!

Quiet hotel with easy access to the centre.

Good location from the main station and easy to work into the main square and the old town. Staff very helpful when we asked about using the tram stop located just outside the hotel.

There were a few problems in our room, door on wardrobe had come off its runner and the wall lights needed attention but were reported to the reception staff.

Pleasant hotel in excellent location.

The lobby is spacious and relaxing maybe a bit too warm. It’s really well located literally steps away from the tram line and only 15’ walk from the centre of town. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful.

Very close to Lille city centre, but don’t expect to much from the rooms. They are clean and fine to sleep in for a night, but nothing special. Breakfast was good.
