    Great location on main road between Lille-Europe and Lille-Flanders stations. My second stay. Excellent value. Good A/C, kettle, mini-bar, comfy bed, although duvet was left off bed on arrival (heatwave), resulting in me waking in the middle of the night feeling a bit chilly, but found the duvet in the wardrobe. Bathtub: access to the taps difficult if you want to run a bath, with water pressure really low so took ages (20-30 minutes) to fill the bath, and the bath plug seal not working either so water escaped, but the shower above was acceptable. Although good blackout curtains in room, they still allowed light to creep in around the edges, again waking me too early, but thankfully I’d brought an eye mask with me to then shut this out. Despite these niggles, I would still book again, and intend to, when the opportunity arises, as the location is superb for access to both Lille stations ( I could even spot the Eurostar coming into Lille-Europe from my window in Room 507. Good double glazing kept out noise from the road outside…just need to make sure that the window is properly shut. Very good lighting in room, with the window stretching the full width of the outside wall. Right next door to Westfield Shopping Centre so handy for shops and the huge Carrefour supermarket. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Recommend.

    The blanket has stained on the first day. On the second day, there is new stain on the pillow case, funny enough, the house keeper put a cushion on top to cover the stain. And I only discovered there's load of dust on the desk near the cups on the second day. I'm disgusted and won't recommend this hotel to anyone
