Good one night stay.

Clean and close to the city centre. Easy parking

The area. Noisy and not welcoming at night. The building and services are ok but not comfortable as other chains. Overall ok for one night

The receptionist Thierno went above and beyond for us. They were understaffed, so we didn’t get our rooms cleaned, BUT he made it up to us. Very welcoming and polite.

The room was uncomfortably hot (no air conditioner) and had an unpleasant smell, like an dirty, old, poorly maintained space. The layout with two floors was very inconvenient, especially when staying with a small baby. There were not enough sockets, which made things even more difficult in the modern world. On top of that, the hotel’s location was not nice and continent.

very nice stay at walking distance of city center

Overall our stay was very enjoyable. Bathroom was really small, but manageable. Good lighting in the mirror which is very nice for the women to put on make up. Special thanks to the staff, the boy at the reception and the boy and girl in the breakfast room. They were so kind and everything was filled up immediately when things ran out. When entering the room, there were some cookies and candy as a welcome and at check out we got a nice little gift. This makes you feel really appreciated as a guest.

Kitchen could be equipped with a towel and some cleaning product, because now it was unclear whether we had to wash up our plates or the cleaning staff. Breakfast room way too small for the number of guests, kind of stressful. Room was pretty expensive but maybe that was because of high demand.

The apartment was clean, the location is good, close to city center and it was quiet. There were also a lot of things in the apartment (plates, cutlery, glasses, blankets, many pillows,...). In front of the building are many parking places.

The elevator could be improved, but is not something that bothered me.

Very good

Great spacious apartment on two levels. Secure parking in their undeground garage (we paid 9.50euros extra for the space). In a lovely part of Lille and very close to the Lille city centre too. Friendly staff at the reception. Would stay again!

The only negative thing was lack of air conditioning on a day when the outside temperature reached 34C, but you can't have everything! 😊
