Amazing hotel - lovely staff- fantastic location

Great family room, centrally located in a nice part of Lille.

Great room for a family of 4 - mezzanine with single beds gave our teens their own space. Room was clean and the location was very central - only 5 mins walk from the Eurostar Train Station (and easy walk as well even with suitcases) Small kitchenette was great to have and the bathroom was clean and well appointed. Accommodation was also central to many different types of restaurants and cafes and a short walk from the Christmas markets.

Perfect

Location, ambience and the vibe of the place. All were absolutely 10/10. The most value for money place on the world. They let us keep our bags for the whole day after our stay. Not only that but they let us have the breakfast area to charge our phones and relax.

Only for one night

Very small room. Just for one night. Small bathroom and toilet. The corridor was strange. The lightning was not so great. The bed was clean. I needed the room for a couple of hours as I was travelling very early in the morning. i checked-in at 11 pm and I checked-out at 4am. That was just what I needed. For a longer stay, it is better to opt for something more comfortable. The reception is available all night.

I felt like being a box. The sink was blocked.

I'm afraid I won't go back. Too expensive for what it offers

Room made available early in the day so much appreciated. Location was good as closed to both stations. Breakfast offer was good. Lovely receptionist on arrival.

The room was really small, somehow cigarette fumes came through the vents, only one towel provided, not even something to step onto from the shower. Rather stroppy interaction with the lady manning the breakfast room however she accepted to engage in some kind of discussion when I checked out.

Perfect for an overnight stay, I would book again.

The hotel is a short walk from Lille Europe station and in the town centre. It is the ideal base to explore Lille. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the staff very helpful. The room was compact but no problem for one night. Great choice of restaurants nearby.

Close to train station. Staff were friendly

When you turn on bathroom light the lights in the room turn on. Not ideal when you go to the bathroom during the night. Difficult to see stairs (they do have a lift) due to the pattern of your vision is challenged.

Due to water issues at home we couldn't stay for the night and the breakfast the day after. When we report the issue there was no really communication or help about this.

Pleasant stay but had some trouble..

The location is excellent! Right next to Lille Europe station and in very close proximity to shops, bars and restaurants. The breakfast was cosy and delicious and overall the room was very comfortable. I also appreciated the existence of a small elevator to help reach top floors.

We had trouble with a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom/ sewage. The hosts tried ventilating the room and covering up the smell with scent sticks but it only made it worse. We therefore had trouble getting a good night’s sleep. Too bad, really!
