Clean room. Friendly staff. Good variety of breakfast. Spacious rooms and hotel. Close to centre with lots of restaurants and shops. Only 10 minutes walk from Eurostar Europe

Staff were pleasant. There were major roadworks in the street which caused us some stress ( a warning about that would have been nice as it caused us difficulties ) The room was pretty small, we couldn't pass each other at the end of the bed. The mattress and pillows were fine although there was only one spare pillow, and we both like two. The keycard for lift and room was tempramental. Unfortunately the guests upstairs were banging on the floor repeatedly for quite a while during the night, it actually sounded like there was workmen up there, but at 11.30pm onwards I doubt it. It was bad enough that I nearly got out of bed to go and complain - so soundproofing or lack of is an issue. Parking was very pricey considering we were only parking a motorbike. You can fit 3 bikes in a car spot - they need to rethink their pricing there. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it I'm afraid

A good standard hotel for our needs.External circumstances were that it was full of Euro hockey teams and they all took over the hotel and were very noisy.Their trainers were in the corridors and made a bad smell in the corridor which was unpleasant.

Well positioned to access the local train station and to walk into the city centre. The rooms are on par for an Ibis, however the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. Sadly it is true that there are sometimes homeless people using the shelter of the adjacent building overnight and also there is some construction work going on further down the street. For us, neither detracted from our stay at the hotel which we very much enjoyed. The staff in particular are very friendly.

The staff were very obliging and just what I would expect of this standard of hotel. Location excellent near the centre of the city and easy to find by car. Very close to railway station. Earlier in trip also at Ibis Gent. Very good value for money for those on a limited budget.

Hotel is in a great location for easy access into Lille centre, area feels safe too. Car parking is on site but be aware spaces are very tight. Reception staff were superb, very helpful, rooms are pretty basic and small but nice and clean. It’s a shame no tea or coffee making facilities are provided in the rooms but there is coffee available in reception. Overall it’s good value and I would stay there again

Location of the hotel to the train station was very good. About 10 mins walk. Plug sockets in the room are very limited. We had 2 in our room. Both situated by the window and not near the mirror which makes styling hair very difficult. We did enjoy the buffet style breakfast.
