Do not be put off by the entrance , it’s worth it!

A great apartment in a central location about 10 min walk from Eurostar station. The place was clean, great kitchen utensils , had a comfortable bed, hot strong shower, 2 TVs and good WiFi. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Great location and very comfortable.

It was a great location, and well designed and laid out. Very quiet considering the location, no street noise at all. We would definitely book there again.

Be warned there are 30 steep steps to the front door, and we had 20Kg+ suitcases. The late night comings and goings (only one night) in another apartment tend to be loud.

Extremely convenient, close to Eurostar station where we arrived then - right in the heart of the city. Very comfortable - plenty of space, good bed, good shower. Would definitely stay again if we return to Lille.

Good location and great value for money

The location is next to the train station. It is just a walk away from the city center. The apartment has a living room with couches and dinner table. It has two bedrooms, one upstairs with own bathroom and toilet. It was clean and spacious.

The stairs going up is a climb if you have a bigger luggage.

Really quiet for the central location. Plenty of space. Handy for all Lille transport and attractions. Access was straightforward. Room felt very modern and was as shown on the pictures. Well equipped for our needs.

Comfy, clean room in a convenient location.

Amazing location for a first time trip to Lille - super central, close to the stations and an easy walk into the centre. It was also surprisingly quiet! The bed was super comfy and the fan a welcome addition (warning, don’t open the windows when the mosquito forecast is up!). The room had all of the essentials for a short trip.

The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from Lille Europe, and exactly as the photos, but much spacious, both the double bed & the sofabed are comfortable, and there are two fans for the hot summer night. We are never cook and the washing machine gets a quick setting for easy washing. The owner was able to let us have a late check-out which I had requested before confirming the booking. It shows they are considerate and care about the booking. I sincerely appreciate their good manner. Thank you, Tracy

Very quiet and comfortable room, especially as it was so near the railway station. Excellent facilties - tea, coffee, bottled water and toiletries. Comfortable bed and bedding. Very clean. Great price for a good base to explore Lille.

Perfect option for a stay in Lille

The single room apartment was really lovely and perfect for my needs. It is literally located at the station (Lille Flandres) and just a short walk from the Lille Europe station. There are several restaurants and bars around, with a nice short 10-minute walk, you're at the heart of the old town. The apartment was clean and I felt safe.

Excellent apartment for exploring northern France or Southern Belgium

Excellent location right next to Lille Flanders Station ideal for catching trains etc to explore further afield. The Apartment was 1st class, comfy bed and excellent shower. Kitchen had all that we needed. We were a short walk from the centre of Lille with cafes and bars a stones throw away. Would stay here again if visiting Lille.

A spacious, clean, and well-located apartment that made our stay in Lille comfortable and enjoyable.

We had a great stay in this apartment in Lille. The place was very spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen integrated into the living area. There were plenty of large wardrobes with hangers, which we found very useful. The lighting throughout the apartment was pleasant, and the sofa was really comfortable. The TV was high-quality, with access to Netflix and other services. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a spacious shower cabin and a hairdryer. Everything felt new and very clean. Towels were provided, and when we asked for two more, they were brought to us immediately. Free Wi-Fi was also included and worked well. The door could be locked from the inside, which added a welcome sense of privacy and security. The location is excellent — just a few minutes' walk from the city centre (about 5–7 minutes). While “near the train station” can sometimes feel unsafe in other cities, that’s definitely not the case in Lille. The area was very clean, lively, and felt perfectly safe. In the country of wine, a corkscrew would have been a nice touch :) Highly recommended!

There was a bit of dust under the bed, but that seemed like a small oversight, especially since the rest of the apartment was spotless. It didn’t affect our overall impression at all.

The Stairs! Very steep! Going straight up 2 floors with no lift. Would have been impossible to take my suitcases if a driver didn’t bring up. Really dangerous location.

This beautiful, modern apartment is very close to the Lille Flanders train and metro stations.

The modern apartment was nicely furnished, spacious, and full of light. When the windows are shut you cannot hear the street noice outside.

While extremely convenient to the train station, there were definitely beggars and vagrants nearby. Our apartment was on the first floor, but it’s up a steep stairway with 30 steps.

There was a stale water smell from the bathroom. There wasn’t a place to store luggage after check out on this site. But they offered me a place to store my luggage 15mins walk away. I decided to store it at the train station instead, since I would be taking the train later.

Prachtig, groot appartement. Ideaal voor met vrienden. Gezamenlijke woonkamer en keuken voor ontbijtjes en voor-/naborrels. Twee aparte zeer ruime, schone en nette badkamers, slaapkamers én twee aparte toiletten. Midden in het centrum achter het centraal treinstation (waar je overigens geen last van hebt). Top, top, top! Zeer goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Enige nadeel, de stijle trappen naar boven ;)

Magnifique appartement.

L'appartement supérieur est très agréable, grand et lumineux. Le quartier est calme malgré la proximité d'une sortie secondaire de la gare et à quelques minutes à pieds du centre ville. Nous y reviendrons lors d'un prochain séjour à Lille. Equipe au top et réactive lors d'échanges de messages.

S'il faut vraiment dire quelque chose, la qualité des poêles à revoir (elles collent) et un fond de cuisine un peu plus conséquent (huile et vinaigre) ;-)

Ruim en schoon appartement in centraal Lille

Dit fijne appartement is ons goed bevallen! Schone kamers met ieder een badkamer en toilet. Een goed uitgeruste keuken en een gezellige zithoek. Het appartement is goed geïsoleerd waardoor je niks van buiten hoort (mits de ramen dicht zijn). Via een code kom je binnen, dit gaf een veilig gevoel. Alles is op loopafstand.

Het appartement ligt bij het station, er lag af en toe een zwerver in de buurt van de ingang te slapen. Niet echt last van gehad maar dit gaf soms een onprettig gevoel. Het appartement is verder goed beveiligt, zowel bij de beneden-deur als de entree vh appartement. Er bevind zich een open trap naar de kamer boven. Deze is niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen of mensen slecht ter been.

Een heerlijk appartement op een prima locatie.

Een erg mooi en ruim appartement op een uitstekende locatie. Heel compleet en schoon. Heerlijke bedden en alles is voldoende aanwezig. De flexibiliteit van de beheerder/eigenaar was erg fijn. Wij gaven aan eerder aan te zijn gekomen en da kamer was al klaar dus we konden er eerder in. Echt heel fijn.

Wij hadden een appartement op de tweede verdieping en moesten twee redelijk steile trappen op. Voor ons geen enkel probleem maar houd er rekening mee als je slecht ter been bent. Dit is geen kritiek maar een tip voor mensen die slechter ter been zijn.
