The property was clean and pleasant with a comfortable bed and good shower.
We stayed for 5 nights and on 3 nights we experienced street drinkers and homeless men sitting and lying outside our front door. This was not pleasant for us or I expect them. It could also be a safety risk for a female staying on her own. Apart from that our holiday was very good and the rest of Lille was lovely.

Don't let the entrance fool you. The apartment is very modern and nicely furnished. Had all necessary amenities, although the cutlery was a challenge. I'd never seen a drawer within a drawer. Good location near train stations.
The entrance stairs could be a challenge if you have any mobility issues.

L'emplacement est parfait, juste à côté de la gare. L'équipe est très réactive, les appartements sont spacieux et propres et la literie est confortable
Faire attention aux dormeurs légers, on entend une sorte de ventilation de la gare en permanence. J'ai du porter des bouchons d'oreilles la nuit. (Ça doit dépendre de l'appartement)

It was clean & modernized. A good value.
The Stairs! Very steep! Going straight up 2 floors with no lift. Would have been impossible to take my suitcases if a driver didn’t bring up. Really dangerous location.
