Great place to stay!

Good location for a gig at l’Aeronef as it’s next door, it’s a short walk to the Eurostar station, beside a Westfield shopping centre, but also very close to the old town. Despite renovation work being carried out in the hotel while I was there, it didn’t affect my stay. The room was spacious and clean and had more than I needed for an overnight stay - a little kitchen with hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine etc. The bed was comfortable and a good shower. I would definitely stay here again!

The only thing was I didn’t know how to use the fan/heater digital controls, so couldn’t adjust the temperature and the radiator by the window didn’t seem to work. But I was only there for an hour in the day and to sleep at night and I wasn’t too cold. I would have asked at reception if I needed to!

Clean, nicely renovated basic accommodation

The lift broke down and we were on the 10th and 11th floors so we had to walk up hundreds of stairs.

Excellent

The hotel room is big and fully equipped. It is located next to the shopping mall, very close to the stations. It is also walking distance to the city Centre in Lille. Just that it is undergoing renovations during our stay so it’s a little inconvenient without a proper hotel lobby and reception. The underground parking is good.

Close proximity to both Lille SNCF stations and transit made travelling around super easy: close to Euralille Mall for food and shopping. Friendly welcome.

The apartment was tired and damaged and in desperate need of a repaint. Broken/ non functioning switches and lights suggest the place needs checking and repairing. Lumpy mattress not conducive to sleep

Comfortable stay, convenient for train stations and close to city centre.

We have stayed there in the past, and this time on our inward and outward journeys. It is very convenient for the train station and shops in the Euralille Centre, and only 10 minute walk into the central square. The rooms are well lit and comfortable. Kitchens are well equipped, although in one of our stays, the microwave was high on the wall, which makes it difficult to use. Normally (see below) there is an sitting area by reception which is quite nice, and useful if waiting for check in or after check out.

There were building works going on, hence the lack of coffee machine and sitting area in reception, or access to upstairs seating. Given this, I think the price should have been reduced, or a complimentary bottle of wine been given to guests.

The location

The hotel was a building site - completely uninviting. Loud noise throughout the day. We had not been warned and the price should have been reduced accordingly.

Convenient and well stocked

Close to both stations, shops, and the city centre. Extensive facilities, far more than I needed for an overnight stay - like a proper flat, with several rooms, including a separate toilet. It had a washing machine. Wifi worked

Microwave was too high for me to use (but I'm being over fussy, as I didn't need it anyway). I would prefer not to have a shower that was over the bath.

Terrible facilities at a great location

Location is perfect. We visited during the Braderie. The hotel is close to the old and the new (Euralille) city centre but outside the designated braderie zone. So you can get here by car easily.

For 300 euros a night you may expect perfectly clean and well taken care of rooms. Not an apartment in renovation. There was a lot of noise on Friday and Saturday. The shower gets so boiling hot, it is actually dangerous. And it cannot be cooled off. The sofa in the living room is a bed couch. If you sit on it, the seat moves away from the back. Not comfortable at all. There was one chair which was ruptured an the sides. On top of everything the bed is made with partly plastic undersheet which was very hot. No airconditioning.

Great location and sure to be a winner once renovated

The hotel is located in a prime location, close to public transportation and a short walk to Old Lille. It’s also alongside a shopping mall for a quick pop in there, or to grab groceries at a large Carrefour. The staff was professional. Friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is really dated - clean enough, but worn out with unsightly smudges on walls and ceilings (ugh!)There’s no a/c nor in room coffee. They are renovating and I have great expectations but we visited during renovations . Sometimes we took the stairs (from the 8th floor) as the elevator took so long.

Apartment style room in Good location

Proximity to my meeting , shopping and options for dining. Also close to train station. Great security. Additionally, great for travellers who wish to have the option to prepare their own meals. Fully outfitted kitchenette.

The placement of toilet separate from vanity to wash hands.. Had to walk pass the kitchen to go to shower area to wash hands. Which was a little awkward. Additionally, the bathroom had a strange odor. Which I reported but ...

Good value comfort in excellent location

Good location between Lille Europe and Lille Flandres stations, also near to city centre and old Lille. Excellent public transport links. Studios are quite spacious with comfortable large bed. Our room on the 10th floor was very quiet. Mini-kitchen seemed ok, we only used the kettle. The room and bathroom fittings are are a little tired but everything functioned OK. The wifi was good. We didn't try the breakfast. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great for L'Aeronef and Lille City Centre.

Location. Location. Location. 24hr parking was a boon and it was ideally situated next to L'Aeronef and the city centre. Room was a decent size and the facilities were good.

The bed was rock solid. Didn't sleep very well and awoke with a sore back. The bathroom was a little rough around the edges and the shower wasn't brilliant.

The location and staff

Quite difficult to enter the parking garage. You need 2 different codes. But is is good there is a garage. There was a very strong Marihuana smell in the hallway entering the room in the afternoon and evening/night. There was construction works in the building going until almost 11pm.

Great location next to both railway stations in Lille. Really useful to have a studio with a full kitchen . There’s a Carrefour very close by and while there are excellent restaurants in Lille it’s nice not having to eat out for 3 meals each day.

While it’s great to have a bath , it’s a little difficult to get in and out of the over-bath shower, as it’s slippery and the shower-door doesn’t open fully. Also a separate toilet is fine , but as it’s the opposite side to the bathroom it’d be good to have a small sink in the toilet room. These are small issues however, and I’d def. recommend this hotel and would stay again. Staff on Re
