Friendly hotel with very courteous staff in a perfect location for those looking for a hotel close to the centre of Lill

Courteous staff and a fantastic location a short walk into the centre of Lille.

Small restaurant with a very small bar area. Took a long time to be served a drink as the focus is on those dining.

Location

Tv did not work, but minor point so did not complain. Lighting in the room, room 2 poor. Room was cold, despite turning up the AC. Shower needed a good clean. Restaurant, Jane, was good.

Great location,handy for the train station. Easy to walk to 10 minutes. Just a few minutes from the old town area which is the place to go to

Bed was quite hard but that's a personal opinion. Also overhead shower was poor, fortunately there was a handheld option which saved the day. Noisey pipework when room above flushes toilet and washbasin which was not expected.

Upgraded to the Jacuzzi suite and it was FAB! Loved our stay. It was amazing!

It wasn't cleaned properly but we didn't care. The wc and sink are separate which is a bit weird. But again didn't care coz we loved the space so much

Wonderful hotel in great location

Good location, 10 min walk to main square. Parking was in a public car park, next door. Lovely boutique hotel with nice ambience and friendly staff. Our room was amazing, top floor king suite, great value for money. Will definitely stay here again if we come back for the Xmas Markets. Probably the best room we’ve had during our month away.

Hotel was a little hard to find due to poor signage. Hard to spot from the road as you approach, as signs are for a restaurant etc.

First time in Lille

The breakfast was fantastic - a nice choice of hot and cold food. The fresh bread and pastries were awesome!! Staff were very informative and polite. We had a couple of very minor issues in the room which they dealt with instantly.

Great location for the train and for sightseeing.

The room was small but fitted all our bags in it fine. We had a little window to look out which was nice. The staff were friendly and tried to help as much as possible with our non French speaking ability. It was a great location close to the train station and to Old Town Lille which was lovely.

Great location, decent breakfast - if a little chaotic - and a comfortable room. We had to give up on a drink in the bar after waiting for 25 minutes as we had a dinner reservation. Other than that a pleasant stay

A lovely stay at a very friendly hotel in a great position in Lille.

Friendly and caring reception staff. Amazingly comfortable bed with pleasant furnishings. Quiet (5th floor) even though we were on a main road. Not far from Grande Place/Old Town. Handy parking in Opera car park very close by.

Nothing to say really. We didn’t try the restaurant Jane as menus apparently change all the time so we didn’t want to pre-book and then find we didn’t like the selection on the day.

Close to Centre

Room dark an small, toilet missing tap to wash hands. It’s 2 weeks ago we came back, our stay is deducted from our account meaning 694,68€, so why do you still reserve 631,80€ ?
