The location was idea as was near the train station, room was quiet and the room was a decent size. The receptionist was lovely.
The bed was hard and the rooms in parts looked worn .

Gares and have had an amazing time. Our room was spacious for three people, the beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot every time we used it. That is all I ask of a hotel. All of the staff have been so friendly and made our stay feel like a home from home. I have to single out Jonathan, behind the bar, who has put up with my Del Boy attempts at the French language and has kept me hydrated with crazy 10% Belgian beer. We ate in the restaurant on the last night and all of the food we had was very nice. I can particularly recommend the pork tenderloin in speculoos sauce. it was so good. In the evenings we made good use of the free table football in the lobby and spent alot of Euros on the electronic darts game and the Kiss pinball machine. Being so close to the two main railway stations and the Westfield Shopping Centre, I can highly recommend this hotel for any visitors to Lille in the future.
Room and bathroom is a little dated but perfectly functional.

Great location, close to train stations and walking distance from city centre. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.
Reception staff charged over £100 for 3 nights breakfast without asking if we wanted it, refunded the money but a bit strange to charge without asking, especially when it wasn’t part of booking. Rooms very dated, carpets not in a good state, toilet a bit unclean, toilet was also difficult to flush.

Very friendly staff. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel for a few hours for free after check out. Great location! Comfy beds, quiet, no noise, just perfect 🤩! Will stay there again!

The location was very central to the square, parking and the station was also very close
Temperature in the rooms was too high even though we switched off the heater completely.
Also there was one lady working during breakfast time first of all the hair was loose as of she just got up and was really rude pushing me when I wanted to get coffee while she had to wait to put the cups back. After she knocked me for a second time I looked at her angrily then perhaps she understood that she was being rude and really annoying.. she is not capable of working and she doesnt know the term service with a smile. If next time we visit I see her at breakfast, we are not coming anymore because she just spoiled our day straight away !!!

Staff was incredibly friendly, both with directions, and honoring our request for a late check out. The Hotel‘s staff seemed very kid friendly.
a little bit more cleaner would’ve been good

This hotel is very close to the train station and a short walk to the city centre. The rooms are quite spacious.
We booked the double room with a bed and a pullout sofa. The booking was not clear that the pullout sofa was a single and not a double which made for an uncomfortable stay. There is also a weird situation in the bathroom where the toilet is in a separate closet without a sink, so you have to go from the toilet closet to the main bathroom to wash your hands. The water from the tap in the bathroom has an unpleasant odour, but there is no bottled water in the room or water filling station on each floor. So you have to go all the way down to the lobby for water. There is a thermostat in the room with temperature options, but this did not appear to work. The hotel provides slippers, but I think they do this because they do not clean the floors. There were toe nail clippings littering the carpet when we arrived.

The water pressure of the shower is not good.

The location
The worst part of my stay was that the toilet and bathroom were separated, and shockingly, there was no sink in the toilet. Having to walk into the bathroom just to wash your hands after using the toilet is not only extremely inconvenient but also unhygienic. This is completely unacceptable nowadays, and it should be clearly stated in the description before booking. The cafe in the hotel is extremely expensive.

Very friendly staff. Nice facilities, especially for kids, including a toys corner and a giant teddy bear. Good decor. Good bar and breakfast. Nice rooms. Close by to the city center.
Parking isn't included, and it's expensive in the closest lot (€24.50 for one night). Plus the lot is incredibly tight and difficult to manoeuvre the car in--be careful in there! Also, the coffee at the hotel was mediocre at best. It definitely wasn't the right way to start the day. I'd give the hotel a 10 if it weren't for these two critical aspects.

Nice hotel, good location, nice atmosphere

Location is great, very close to the train station and also walking distance to the city center. Nearby parking is also convenient for those travelling by car (price per day is slightly cheaper then Indigo parking in the mall).
It's a 4 star hotel on paper but it's actually a 3 star hotel in reality. The rooms are outdated, the AC is so noisy it had to be switched off to be able to sleep. The toilet and bathroom need a deep clean (dirty toilet bowl, mould in the shower, dirty shower head). So for 100 EUR a night it's not worth it, I've stayed in Lille in 3 star hotels for 60-90 EUR a night which were cleaner and newer. Would not be coming back because of the price/quality ratio but overall it's was fine for one time stay.

The accommodation was in a quiet part of the CBD close to both railway centres and lots of restaurants and a supermarket all walking distance. Breakfast was included with a variety of choices. Modern look to the rooms. Staff very helpfull all the time
We like to open the window for air and unfortunately a large noisy air conditioning plant was outside our room. We were given another room but the noise was still there.

Basic but very good.

Clean room, friendly staff, nice breakfast and games/activities for kids in reception. Great location with parking at the train station next door.
We were placed in a room directly above the outside eating/seating area, which was very noisy into the early hours of the morning on both nights. It was so noisy I thought I’d left the window open, but I hadn’t. If you are travelling with young children, I would recommend you request a room as far away from this area as possible. Hotel could do with sound proofing the windows of rooms near this area.

Location was great. Just a short walk from both the Flandres and Europe stations and the centre of town. Easy check in and the room was comfortable

The staff were very helpful, especially the young man and young lady on the evening desk. the breakfast was delicious and hot. the decor in the lobby was bright and inviting.
There was a large mishap in the hotel in the middle of the night where certain rooms had to be moved due to leaks in the
central downpipe of the toilets - buckets in the lobby!! - it was really sad, as the room we had was lovely and the replacement was not so great, but the young man who was under considerable stress on his own, tried to assist in any way he could and should be commended for it.
Being uprooted out of bed at 11.30pm at night, having been up since 4.30am British time, to be told our toilet was out of action and we should move or be without a toilet for the night and next day. The new room was not aired - extremely hot and a little noisy. there was no morning apology or any attempt to compensate us. We even had to ask strongly to have at least an extension on our checkout - which they did give after a phone call to the cleaners.
the breakfast was delicious and warm - a small suggestion would be to either have a fried egg station - manned to cook them to order, or the kitchen cooked them to order. Waiting for other visitors to cook fried eggs on a very small stove in front of all the other hot food, caused delays and was not well positioned.
Omelettes cooked to order are also a good thing to offer - alot of hotels do this in all countries.

Location was great. Staff were really helpful. Room was clean. WiFi was super fast. Tea and coffee facilities were ok.
We had 2 kids (13 and 11 years) they had to share a sofa bad which was not comfortable and large enough at all. Bed sheets for sofa was way too small to cover it. Duvet was also small. I wish we booked 2 rooms.
Shower water was not steady. The water was getting hot and then going colder. We couldn't adjust it.

Close to the centre of Lille and railway stations. 20 minute walk to Cita Parc and the zoo. Ideal for families. We had a double bed and sofa bed for the three of us. Breakfast has a wide choice and staff are efficient in topping up food and clearing away tables etc.
Room was clean and there were enough towels. The bar area has board games and table football so great for relaxing. Lunchtime menu looked great although didn't have time to try it.
Nothing really......perhaps some better pillows as they were a bit lumpy, but that was personal choice.

I thought breakfast was included at the price of the room but was told it was extra on arrival which was a shame.
Not enough comfortable chairs to watch the big scree.
