Warm comfortable hotel within walking distance of main sights.

Warm and light room. Kettle for hot drinks. Good varied breakfast. Excellent location near to Grande Place and Railway Stations.

A little noisy and small sink in the bathroom. Sink very close to the toilet, almost could not stand at the sink.

Central but noisy and data breach security not taken seriously

Very central location which is amazing - 1 min from the station and approx 15 mins of everything else

The hotel had a data breach security, my data was stolen by hackers, they knew everything from my booking and this issue was not taken seriously + very noisy hotel (outside) but also the walls are very thin and can hear the neighbours

Good position great short distance from the station. Clean comfortable nice staff and coffee making facilities

Good base to explore Lille

Great location, quality-price was good. There is all the necessary, but nothing fancy, and small, homelike feeling. Breakfast a bit larger than normal French, and the quality was good.

It's not a big problem, but as many say, it's an old house so the keys for the door are a bit difficult or not so handy. And also you do hear very easlily everything from the hallway or the next room.

Will definitely stay again the next time I am in Lille.

The Location was fantastic, two minutes walk from the train station, right in the heart of the old town and next door to the main shopping plaza Westfield. The room was great as was the bathroom, clean and with everything you could want, although it would have been nice to have a fridge in the room. Breakfast was not extensive but it was good quality and there was plenty of it there. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is situated very close to the heart of gothic Lille with the main square within 5 mins!

Look, it's a standard French breakfast with a bit more, i.e. choice of breads, toaster with butter and marge with honey and chocolate spreads, cereals with proper milk and apple and pure orange juice, with girls attendees to assist!

Nothing, because what you pay, you couldn't get better elsewhere!

Does the job for a short stay, but be aware of the potential for mosquitoes

Friendly staff. Excellent location and within walking distance of all major sites in the town

The lack of Air Conditioning made the room exceptionally uncomfortable, and attracted a horde of Mosquitoes. I left the window open on the first two nights, but found on the second evening that this had attracted a number of them into the room. I spent a great deal of time in the early hours trying to catch them (around 20 in total), and I did not get sleeping until around 4am. I closed the window so as to stop others from getting in, but this caused the heat in the room to intensify even more. After mentioning it to reception the following morning, I was informed that there was a small plug-in light on my desk which could be used to deter the mosquitoes. I don’t think this would have made much of a difference though, given the scale of the numbers

Great value for the very reasonable price!

The location is hard to beat, situated only a few hundred meters from the train station. The room was small, but well planned enough and suited us just fine. It seemed recently re-furbished and the bathroom especially was very fresh and clean. Comfortable bed with good pillows. The breakfast was what you could expect in France, which to my experience is coffee and different kinds of bread. Everything was very fresh though and the buffet was nice and welcoming.

The lack of AC in the room was at times a slight discomfort although the fan did help. A mini fridge to keep drinks cool would have been a nice touch.

Gave us a standard tiny room instead of superior room that we reserved

Great location near train station, clean

We reserved the superior double room which was listed at 161 sq feet. We received a room that was barely 120 sq feet and matched the size of the standard double room. This room was so small that you could barely walk around the bed. It was a very uncomfortable room for 2 adults. We asked at the front desk and were told that our room was a superior double room because we had a coffee pot. I wanted a larger room for comfort and didn’t need a coffee pot. I feel a refund is due for the price difference between the 2 rooms. They would not give us the room we ordered This hotel is very basic, the elevators stop between floors and you have to drag your bags up a flight of stairs. Breakfast very basic, no hot choices. Really overpriced for what you get. Not worth $200 Euros.

Small but perfectly formed

Perfect location, right in the centre of Lille, rooms are very small and compact as others have said you can hear noise from the other guests. However it was perfect for a couple of nights stay. Excellent value for money and staff were very friendly and welcoming . Highly recommended

The hotel is located close to the station and city centre. Rooms are comfortable with basic facilities. Breakfast is limited but good quality.

Very close to the train station: walking distance perhaps less tha n 5 minutes Very quiet and the room was clean

The room had mosquitoes in the night and although there was a little fan available, it was way too noisy. The breakfast was very austere You'll be charge an extra 3 euros city tax

I was sick for most of my stay. The staff were lovely and very helpful arranging taxis and doctor's appointment. The manager went out of her way to help, I can't thank her enough.

Perfect base for exploring Lille

The staff were very friendly, the location is ideal for both train stations and vieux Lille.

Only recommendation I would make is bring ear plugs for the early morning street cleaning but it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again.

The hotel is in the very center of Lille ! 2 minutes walk from the Grand’ Place and the station Lille Flandres. It was very clean and quiet !
