We really loved our stay here. What a beautiful city!!

The location was excellent, it’s situated in the heart of the old town. Wonderful!

It has an elevator. They offered us umbrellas during rainy weather. The separate toilette room. It felt safe and secure. The windows opened. The bed was comfy. Lots of shopping and eateries in the immediate area.

Great location, couldn’t be better. Large room and very comfortable.

The one small thing was that we walked past the entrance twice looking for a hotel entrance and it wasn’t obvious at all. Make a large sign and explain to incoming guests that there isn’t a tradition entrance into a hotel reception.

Very pleasant reception staff who helped me organise taxis etc.

The room was quite adequate for 1 person - perhaps would have been difficult with luggage for 2 people. Was really easy for me to access the township from where the hotel is located.

Was a little disappointed the outdoor area seemed a bit neglected. this is a very lovely area and the weather was very pleasant when I visited - I did sit in the outdoor space - but it would have been nice if it was swept and the tables etc looked a bit more inviting - perhaps you did not expect the nice weather to last for so long.

Its location was very convenient and the hotel, the breakfast area/reception and the room were very clean and neat. Our room was very cozy and had a nice view of the Palais de l’Ile.

There were more stairs to our room than it was shown in the photos. So carrying our luggage’s were a bit of a hassle. The wifi was not always working and when it was working, it was very slow.

Lovely friendly hotel in a perfect location when staying in Annecy

As we were driving through France, we picked the hotel as it had parking close by and offered a discounted fee. It was perfect and only a short walk to the hotel. The hotel itself was in a lovely location so close to the canal. In fact, our room overlooked this. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were a good size and a comfortable bed. We didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on the food.

The hotel suited our requirements perfectly. The walk from the car park wasnt too far and parking was easy to find.

Everything was perfect, the staff were amazing, special thanks to ladies at the reception and to Tarik they were all very helpful and friendly!

Small suggestion regarding the breakfast, if you can add more choices for a halal friendly breakfast that would be great, thank you!

The aircon didn’t work in the room, the fridge didn’t seem to work either and the bar that’s advertised was not great. I asked for wine and to be fair the girl on reception was new but she couldn’t find the wine glasses so we left and went elsewhere.

Great location and very kind staff, but my stay was impacted by unresolved issues and inflexible booking policies

I really appreciated the central location of the hotel—it made getting around very easy—and the staff were consistently kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable!

Unfortunately, my experience was impacted by a few frustrations. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, and despite raising the issue, it was never resolved during my stay. Additionally, when I asked to shorten my stay for several reasons, my request was declined, which added to my disappointment. I believed it was because I had prepaid my room, however, this was not the case. With a few improvements to responsiveness and flexibility, this could have been a much more positive experience.

Great place to stay if location is priority, but some TLC needed

The location of the hotel is perfect. We also had a room with a view of the bridge and lake, which was a lovely bonus. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English. I can’t comment on the parking as we left it too late to get a sticker for the car to enter the city, but for those in a similar circumstance, I would recommend parking at ‘Parking ILOA’ (Pringy) for secure parking outside the zone - it cost under €30 for 2 nights, 3 days.

The hotel really could be made excellent with some renovations, or at the very least, some TLC. Whilst clean, everything felt a bit ‘tired’. Our shower (stand-up) was caked in black mould - it shouldn’t be too hard for the hotel to re-grout the shower. It felt really dirty in the shower, even though it had been cleaned. Lots of potential for this hotel, but they need to invest in the upkeep a little more.

The location in the old city was very convenient. There was a lot of foot traffic in the area.

there's only one elevator for three floors of rooms, and it's tiny (barely big enough for two people with luggage) and slow. At check out time several parties loaded with luggage need to use it at the same time but they have to wait their turn. A long time. The elevator is slow. One cannot simply climb the stairs (the staircase is narrow and winding and one risks falling) to reach the third or fourth floor because the staircase stops at level 2. It leads to a bathroom facility. There is no public toilet in the reception area. In fact there is no reception area. It was a little shocking to find the reception desk in the breakfast room and the receptionist also functioning as the cashier and hostess and concierge. The receptionist has to attend to many issues at the same time. Luckily, she was extremely competent. There was no lobby in which to rest while waiting hours for the room to become available. The bed was comfortable but there were no drawers or closet In which to put clothes. The air conditioning in the room did not work well. The hallways where the rooms were located were narrow and cramped and there were steps in the hallway that had to be negotiated with suitcases. The cramped spaces and one tiny elevator made the stay stressful in the summer heat.

Would have liked a shower rather than a bath with shower head. Our room was on the top floor so the eaves were low. Room was small but had what we needed for one night.

Location could not have been better. Check in was easy. Room was a nice size - few steps within the room that you need to be aware off - only short steps - just to those who use the bathroom during the night. Separate toilet was nice. Shower a little tricky to use without getting water onto the floor. Breakfast was a nice selection. Car parking was close to the hotel and the hotel provided a discounted rate.

Shower over bath with only able to stand where the window was in the roof space. However I don't think all rooms were like this. Fine for a couple of days.
