Staff amazing, very helpful. Able to change rooms for 10 euro extra per night. Breakfast was good.
Position was just wonderful. Middle of old town and lake 3 mins walk. Bus and train stations 30 minutes away.
So many cafe end restaurants near by.
Comfy beds and wonderful pillows.
Would Def stay again and recommend!!
First room we had was up some dubious stairs in the roof. Very tiny, could just about walk round bed.
There is no bar. You can buy beer or wine in the reception/breakfast room, but not a bar.
Carpet in our room had a couple of stains and duvets needed replacing as quite small.

Nice location near the lake. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. the bathroom and shower need a bit of repair, (shower glass did not seal the wall properly) but they were clean

Location was great.
Breakfast was crammed and busy. Really small breakfast room. No option to help yourself to coffee (had to wait for server to ask). Overall 2/10
Upkeep of basic amenities e.g grout in shower, extraction in toilet and shower not working.
