Beautiful location, and Annecy is a stunning little town. The room was excellent. The breakfast very good.
Staff just not trained to the quality of the hotel needs. A number of touch points left them wanting. Check in experience poor. Pool umbrellas blown away and no staff to come to help unsettled guests. Food prices extortionate. (2 salads, one bottle of wine, one water: €140 before tip)

Friendly staff
Bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever been in! Pillows were awful. The bathroom stank of sick. Fire alarm went off and there was no clear plan to evacuate. Was a real let down for the money that this place costs. The location is ok but not the nicest of walks to get to anything as it is just along a road.
