Lovely hotel close to the train station and town centre. Very friendly staff, good size room which was exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely, a choice of avocado on toast, croissants and cheese.

We had a stay in this part of Annecy. Boutique hotel. The only downside was the small room.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Good location close to train station. Clean with a personal feel. Comfortable bed and crisp linen. Environmentally friendly soap products

Beautiful

Beautiful Hotel in the heart of Annecy but on a quiet street away from the crowds. The decor is beautiful and the hotel is clean. The lady on reception on the day of our stay on Sat 31st May was very helpful and friendly. Our room was amazing and funky bathroom which was very clean. We can’t wait to return to Annecy.

Breakfast could maybe be included in the price as it’s not a cheap hotel. Or maybe a welcome drink would be nice especially arriving in hot weather.

very enjoyable stay, would recommend it

We enjoyed room service 24/7 ordering meals every evening as well as breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The design is modern and inviting. We had a stroller and we could keep it in a safe place just outside the entry.

the hotel is in the city center and the parking may be an issue. they offer payments for the public parking 100m away, but the entry is limited to 1,9m and our van didn't fit. There are no easy parking solutions during the day either.

Very friendly personnel combined with modern and practical room. Reasonably priced parking nearby we were made aware of. Also, recommendations for lovely restaurants and great e-bike tour were given.

Nothing related to the hotel, but the mostly or many one-way road system in that part of Annency was very confusing and hard to navigate.
