Stayed for a week and it's the little touches that are great. Drinks & snacks on arrival. Evian is delivered each day & each evening with sweets, A chocolate eater bunny on arrival. The use of spa and concierge parking is great.

The location is great, the room was fantastic, the staff was attentive, all good!
The fact that the spa works on schedule is a little sad, but at least there are separate times for kids, so it’s a compromise. We could have used it for longer.
