Our stay at the Best Western Carlton Annecy was fantastic. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, and the breakfast was consistently delicious. Our room was spotless- the housekeeping team clearly goes above and beyond! The location, right across from the train station and just outside the old town, offered an ideal mix of convenience and calm (while still being close to amazing restaurants like Chez Ingalls). We booked the Executive Queen Room with Balcony, which was spacious and had a wrap‑around balcony with lovely views of both the station and the old town. Room 707 on the top floor was quiet and comfortable throughout our stay, and the A/C kept the room perfectly cool during our August visit. We’d happily return and highly recommend this hotel.

Great location to walk into the old town but be just enough out to have a relaxing stay.
