Excellent choice of food and beverages at breakfast beautifully presented in very pleasant surroundings. Location in leafy square within easy walking distance of bus and train stations, the various attractions in the town and the lake itself. Enjoyed

Great location with private parking. Excellent staff and a nice bar with a good selection of light food in the lobby. Good breakfast.

Common at most European hotels these days but don’t like the duvets on the beds as they are too warm. Sheets and comforters are more comfortable and better for regulating temperature.

Lovely breakfast and good location for exploring the city. The recommendation for dinner was really delicious. For a hotel in a city the parking was a bonus.

Excellent location and room - Would Stay Again

Excellent location - opposite the train station with a park in between. Small supermarket 2 min walk away. Less than 5 min walk to central old town. Friendly staff Had a small balcony which we weren’t expecting Bedrooms clean and modern (I thought they looked better in real life compared to photos) Small chocolates at reception I noted on our booking that it was a birthday trip and the cleaners kindly wrote ‘happy birthday’ on our mirror

I booked twin comfort room which advertised that a bathrobe and slippers were included. When I arrived in room they weren’t there but I asked reception and they apologised and kindly gave them us. Breakfast was good but not worth the price. On booking.com it was advertised as €19pp which is expensive so we only had it once. When we checked out, the price was actually €18pp if you booked in advance and €22pp if you decide to have it on the day.

One lift was insufficient.

The location of the hotel was good. It was very close to the town centre and the old town.Before going out for dinner we had a drink on the room balcony with the nice views. That was pleasant.

One lift serves the seven floors and basement. People were checking in between 3 and 4 o’clock and the cleaners had monopolised the lift. Guests were left waiting to get to their rooms in the lobby.

I would definitely book this hotel when I visit Annecy again.

Location was great: it was a short walk to the train station and close to many bakeries, coffee shops and restaurants. Room was very spacious and had all the amenities.

We used the garage which was not a pleasant experience. No lighting whatsoever and smelt of urine

Breakfast was ok. Room was not as big as expected considering it was an executive room and bathroom did not have an executive feel as it only had a bath with shower over it. Nothing special
