Perfect stay in an idyllic little town

The room was a mini suite with a full kitchen and a separate little breakfast nook. It had a beautiful view and was very comfortable. Location was perfect.

It was difficult to find. Better instructions are needed. You can’t just drive up to it. We ended up parking in a garage nearby (not the closest) and walking. There is a closer garage so don’t park in the one by the castle. It was a little noisy at night with the window open but once we closed the window it was fine.

Very charming apartment in the heart of old town.

Very cute, excellent location right in the heart of oldtown.

No lobby to sit and wait, very late check in at 16 o clock and early check out at 11 with no flexibility. In the cold its hard to not have a lobby area with a couch for Kids to relax and wait until room is ready.

Cosy and comfortable rooom in a great location

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of Annecy where the Sunday market is held and amongst the bars/restaurants. The fire in the room was lovely and cosy, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the addition of the steam shower too.

Anniversary night in Annecy

The property is nicely located in the old town, close to restaurants, shops and interesting tourist attractions. The breakfast basket was great!

The Wi-Fi did not work at any point during our stay. Additionally, the first photo in the listing, the one showing the visible stairs, does not correspond to the apartment we were given, which makes the listing somewhat misleading.

Excellent, quality accommodations.

Beautifully done apartment. Friendly host. Perfect for one couple or a couple with children, not really appropriate for two couples due to bedroom and bathroom set up.

Wish we had known the setup wasn’t conducive to two separate couples. But great for a family or one couple.

Breakfast was simple , no cheese no egg but enough

Room was so dirty. Pets are allowed. Carpet and sofa was full dog fur. Vacuum cleaning has not been done. I got allergy. I am still ill. I want all my money back.

Great accommodation in City Centre

Great location, in the heart of the town, qwerky apartment with everything you need, shops cafes right on the door step. Minutes away from the late and train Bus station too. Peter your host, very nice and friendly, English speaking too.

we loved the place, BUT as a note for Mobility Guests: Not really suitable for anyone with mobility issue's, as whilst has lift etc. main bedroom, shower and toilet is up steep set of stairs, first floor, mobility person would have to sleep on seatee/pull-out bed lounge and use very small toilet off kitchen. Was great for us, but just a note for other guests.

The location was excellent. The car park is very close and is reasonably priced. Peter is a pleasure to deal with on check in, and could do enough for us.

Some things need to be addressed. The shower and one of the sinks in the bath room do not drain properly. The entrance door sticks and is difficult to open/close. The towel rad in the main bathroom did not heat up to help dry towels, fixtures such as the toilet roll holders are loose and can fall off.

It is not a hotel

If you need a central location, that is a good one

We stayed just one night at a discounted rate, so it was fine — but be aware: this is not a hotel. It’s more like an Airbnb, with no reception, no breakfast, and no services. At full price, you could find a better Airbnb, even with a washing machine. The listing is very misleading — this is simply not a hotel.

Excellent location and well furnished

Great location. Air conditioning was a big plus as it allowed us to be in a central spot without all the noise. Breakfast was great and it was nice to have it in our apartment. Bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped and efficient for a small space.

Responsiveness to messages and requests was slow or nonexistent. Breakfast delivery window is very limited. The entry door sticks at about 7 inches open and is challenging. There should be some instructions for using the spa shower features.

Perfect location and modern rooms with the old building character. Air conditioning and a kitchen were great additions. And the balcony!

A good option to stay in Annecy but not 5-star.

The location is very good - in the heart of the Old City and from here you can walk to basically anywhere in Annecy.

We had a 2 bedroom unit - so many stairs that we did not take our luggage to our rooms. The unit and rooms are small - so do not expect to be able to move around to much. Parking is an issue - we did not receive proper information before the time - had no clue what to do upon arrival or where to go. Other guests were waiting for hours as they did not know where to go to get keys to their units. It is a good option for staying in Annecy but not 5-star. The person cleaninng the unit did not clean as expected and did not leave fresh towels. There is no parking so had to park in parking garage close by.

Could not have picked a better place and we will certainly come back.

Great location right in the middle of the old town. Parking next door for 20euros a day. Place is lovely. Small but cute. Good aircon. Good beds. Nice steam shower. Exactly as per pictures. When we arrived we couldn’t get in using the øcode we had but they responded quickly and the restaurant next door helped us in within 5-10 min. There is a lift to get to the apartment.

No microwave or kettle. Not an issue for us though.

Very nice accommodation centrally located in the Old Town with a really excellent breakfast.

This was a perfect place to stay in Annecy. Located right in the centre of the Old Town in a nice square. The owners run the coffee shop below & were very friendly & pleasant. We loved the breakfast basket delivered each day with a delighful selection of local products & more than enough for our needs.

We struggled to find the parking initially. Directions to this could be a little clearer.

They didn’t show up on agreed time, didn’t let me in, and were arrogant on the phone

Facts Check-in desk advertised open until 20:30. I arrived at 19:15 (the property had my arrival time in advance). Door locked; no staff. I knocked and rang the bell – no response. I had to come back to my car to pick the phone. At 19:30 i came back to the door. Still closed. I called +33 4 50 66 02 49 and texted +33 6 47 28 22 41. They promised someone would arrive in 5–10 min. I waited another 13 min. Nobody came. At 19:43 I called again. The agent falsely claimed someone was at the door. There’s wasn’t anyone. When I demanded refund or let me in, the call was terminated. After 30 min outside with heavy luggage, I left to find alternative lodging. They arrogantly ignored my refund requests dispute I didn’t live in their property! Trying to steal my money. Only thanks to the booking.com service I got the refund

Exceptional

Very good location, short walk down from the train station and close to everything. Welcomed by the hosts as soon as we arrived, both were very friendly and always available if we needed anything. Located in a busy area but didn’t hear any noise from our room, perhaps due to our room being located at the back of the property away from the street. We stayed on a Sunday and Monday night. You don’t need to bring anything, everything is supplied for you just bring yourself. Nice little touches that a hotel does not offer.

Exceptional

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the management really friendly. You could not find a better location in the heart of the old town of Annecy. There is the underground car park of St Claire right next to it, so it is perfect if you travel by car. The studio we stayed in was amazing, and the attention to detail was exceptional. We had a cute little kitchen, an eating area, and the bed could be adjusted to different positions. The mattress was so comfortable.The bathroom had a hammam and a fantastic shower. We had a delicious breakfast delivered to our door in a basket. Even though it was in the heart of the old town, it was very well insulated and quiet in our room. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafés all around. Highly recommend this stunning hotel.

Right in the city centre

The location is absolutely fantastic, in the middle of the city centre, close to everything you might want to see in Annecy! The staff (from the restaurant) was super nice and showed us the apartment. There is a parking garage only a few meters away where you can safely park your car. We also enjoyed the sweet French breakfast that was delivered to our doorstep. A highlight was the spa shower with a turkish sauna. The room is was equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher and coffee machine, which added to the experience. Although it is right in the city centre the walls are isolated well. The AC works great.

Unfortunately our room was not as clean as a five star hotel room should be, maybe it hadn't been used for a while. There were many traces of usage on the furniture (the bed linen had a hole and stains and the cushions were fringed on the edges). The cupboards and dishes were not really clean either which we think can be expected in a five star location. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless, because we had booked the stay with a reduced price.
