Les Loges Annecy Vieille Ville

Location at the heart of the old city, great staff although we only met one guy the explained everything. Breakfast basket in the morning at the front door was great.

If you only use GPS guidance to the location you get lost. You should put St. Claire parking, get into the parking and at the far end of it get up with the elevators just in front of the room. It should be mentioned in the reservation.

The location was amazing, right in the centre of the old town. We loved walking out our room each morning into the markets and the old town to explore. The basket of breakfast delivered to our door was our favourite way to start the day. We sat on our balcony each morning and watched the world go by while we ate our French pastries. Daily house keeping was great. Paid parking wasn’t difficult to get across the way from the hotel, that said, you do require a small car as everything in Annecy is small. We would certainly stay again.

The pillows and bed were so hard, and there were not other pillow options in the cupboard.

Location is great

This is not a five star property and operates like an AirBnB rather than a hotel. No onsite support, check in was awful. Told to wait outside for someone to arrive at 11am to take our bags. They didn’t arrive until 11:30am and were surprised to see us. None of this was clear on the booking site. Rating should be lowered to three star max.
