Very central location, Good breakfast and clean room.

Breakfast was really good and the size of the room and bathroom were ok too. Comfortable bed and extra pillow was a bonus. Very central location close to bars and restaurants. Next door there is a not so expensive parking which is ideal for those travelling by car.

Alarm went off at 5.00 am because smoke was detected coming from the kitchen because staff burnt Croissants. Whilst appreciating that the Hotel needs to take care of the guests safety, I don't think the alarm should be triggered automatically if something is burning or smoking in the kitchen (a place where the risk of this kind of accidents happen frequently) but only if the situation is out of control. There should be a trigger switch at the reception which could be switched on by the receptionist if need be. Apart from that no form of apology was given by the staff for the disturbance.

The friendly staff welcomed us and helped with check-in and our stay at the hotel. They made our time in Annecy fantastic!

The staff were really good and attentive, especially Medi and Flavion.

The room was old, small and not well maintained. The bathroom smelled like humidity and you could tell it was not properly cleaned. The hallway was also smelly, and overall the price does not meet the quality.

Decent hotel in a great location with easy parking and great access to areas of interest.

This Ibis hotel is in a fantastic location to visit old town Annecy with super convenient and well priced parking right next door. The hotel is easy to find and the staff were very welcoming. Our room was a good size and had everything we needed including a kettle and good AC (it was incredibly hot when we visited). We didn't have the hotel breakfast as there are plenty of local places just a very short walk from the hotel. The bartender in the hotel was exceptionally welcoming and provided us with lots of local recommendations. The restaurants in the old town are many, all with outstanding food and service. There are plenty of bars too. When we visited there was a traditional market in progress which was great to experience and taste some of the local food that was on offer by the vendors. Lake Annecy is just a short 10 min walk through the old town and has plenty to offer visitors. Great hotel in a great location with friendly staff.

Great location on the edge of the old town in Annecy and a great staff and facility.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had connection issues and they gave us a delayed departure time and kept our luggage in storage until we could resolve our connection issues.

Great hotel, really close to centre, an easy 2-5 min stroll. Nice, clean rooms & bathroom. Friendly staff & great breakfast selection.

Would be happy to recommend, the only thing I’d say is our room was quite small & the bed wasn’t the most comfortable nor the pillows but not enough to complain & probably just my back playing up. My husband slept fine!

Location is perfect. Smack bang in the centre. Staff was exceptionally friendly. And … the hotel is not very expensive. If we go back to Annecy we will stay in the IBIS for sure !!

The room was great, had a nice view of the canal. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in downtown Annecy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

The parking garage is very convenient, but fills up on the weekend. Spaces are probably pretty typical in size, but are really meant for much smaller cars.
