    Very convenient for walking and many nice places near here. For the room so good big enough for stay 2-3 days. I like it for breakfast :)

    The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from the Annecy lake and its surroundings also from Annecy Train station! you don't have a view to the lake though. The room itself can be found in 3 stars hotel. Nothing special. Didn't try their breakfast. Very responsive reception when called after 11 pm, sending me what I requested by themselves (especially Daulphine)! The only thing I didn't like was the late check-in at 3 pm and very early checkout at 11:30! I know the check-in standard time is 3 pm but many hotels I have visited before are more lenient and accommodating to get me in between 12 and 1 especially that they request an early checkout. They have a policy of 10 euro per extra hour after check-out time though. All in All I would still book this hotel in the future if I didn't want the lake view.

    Everything about the hotel was more than excellent. Location brilliant- 2 minute walk to train and bus station and 2 minute walk to old town of Annecy. Spotlessly clean, breakfast great Staff are so attentive and helpful. Will definitely stay again next time we go.
