L’hôtel affiche air climatisé mais ceux-ci sont bloqué à 22 degrés celcius. En pleine canicule comme ce que nous avons vécu pendant notre séjour c’est largement insuffisant. Aucun ventilateur de disponible. Chambres petites. La réception de l’hôtel de trouve dans le restaurant, lors de notre arrivée nous avons due traverser le restaurant avec toutes nos valises à l’heure de pointe. Plusieurs clients du restaurant nous on dévisagé, même certains serveurs ne semblait pas comprendre pourquoi nous étions là, Gênant.

Fantastic staff and location

We had a lovely room overlooking the river. The room was a nice size. Fantastic breakfast. Great location.

Only that a large deposit was taken prior to arrival, which is unusual. This was not obvious at the time of booking. There was no issue with the refund though, which was received on return from our visit.

The room we booked was ridiculously small and poorly designed despite being nicely decorated and very new. There was no room to pass around the bed without hitting the wall. This meant heavy luggage had to be lifted over the bed. We were travelling with medium size suitcases which we couldn’t open. The bathroom didn’t have sufficient ventilation to clear steam after showering so the entire room became very damp. Room lighting was either really bright and shining in your eyes or not enough (for reading a book for example) The tv Chanel’s were only in French, no international news channel which was strange for how recently the rooms seem to have been furnished, the tvs were not able to be connected to your phone. Check in took place at a tiny desk next to a toilet which had a constant queue of people using the restaurant, this wasn’t the most welcoming location to arrive.
