Not great

We found the room very small and dark there was a wall with some windows that were directly overlooked so a solid curtain covered the whole wall which was quite clostrophobic The noise from the street below was constant through the night so the windows could not be left open The rate was very expensive for the standard of room and the only facility was a bar area that was only available ftom 6pm Overall I would not recommend the hotel I can only assume , as it has happened before, when you reserve through bookings.com you are allocated a sub standard room

Quite hotel to stay

small quiet hotel close to city centre with nice helpful people working there we had spacious corner room we had pleasant stay

no view you need to walk around 5-10 minutes to the famous river and lake

Fab hotel in a good location

Great room - very large with access to an outside deck. Close to everything (great cafe next door!) and the staff were really friendly. Would recommend this hotel for it's location. It was close to all the attractions, without the crowds. It's close to several shops were you can rent bikes - highly recommend biking around the lake.

Clean and comfortable with a modern renovation. In the heart of Annecy…excellent value for money.

Central location. Recently renovated modern and fresh. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was extensive continental style.

Onsite carpark is a plus however extremely tight entrance even for medium car. Had to fold in mirrors to get in.

Comfortable hotel and good location in a beautiful town

Great location near the railway station and on the edge of the old town. Plenty of cafes and restaurants close by with an excellent breakfast option next door at the kiwi inspired Slake Cafe. We upgraded to a larger room in the hotel which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was good, there was an opening door and window to a balcony, so plenty of fresh air at night time. Bed and bath linens were good quality and the room had adequate storage and was well designed.

Friendly staff but wouldn't stay there again

good location in the centre of town,close to everything.Good secure car park.Friendly helpful staff.

Our room was by the lift and the noise was really annoying till late evening,& starting early morning about 6am.The pillows were the most uncomfortable,just lumps of foam.there were six pillows in our room,all of them uncomfortable.The room looked over a the back of a block of flats just metres away,lacking privacy and ambience.Paper cups to drink tea/coffee from was very poor given this hotel is meant to be 4 star.Basically it was like an Ibis but with posh soap & shower gel!

Perfect for access to road around the lake and cycling. Breakfast relaxed and broad buffet with fresh pastries and bread. Coffee options with pod machine. Relaxed atmosphere with helpful staff. Modern well fitted up to date hotel.

Great location

Great location. Room was on a small side but with good AC. It had small balcony facing main road. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dog friendly hotel .

No coffee machine in the room, however nespresso machine is located in main lobby, opposite reception, with 24/7 access. I was allowed to have some milk for my coffee from breakfast bar, although I didn’t purchase room with breakfast.

Lovely modern hotel with immaculate, spacious rooms and close to key sights.

Very modern spacious room and bathroom with large shower, separate full bath and separate toilet. The location was great. Very close to lake and old town. Staff friendly and reception 24hours.

The breakfast was limited, not much choice. Only boiled eggs that were hot. The bread and freshly squeezed juice was good.

Lovely hotel very near the lake

This was a very comfortable suite with excellent bed. The air conditioning was working perfectly without noise and the shower was strong and comfortable.
