    We booked a classic room facing the hotel entrance. The room was really nice and spacious, quiet at all times. Service was very good at all occasions (cleaning, room service, valet parking, reception). Overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Yes the hotel is expensive but there is value in it. The location is another advantage, away from the city noise.

    The hotel has a number of strengths. The rooms were clean and, although somewhat dated, they were well maintained. The concierge service was exceptional throughout our stay, and the building itself is beautiful. The location is outstanding, with spectacular views that are undoubtedly the highlight of the property. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the food and beverage service. While every member of staff we encountered was friendly and genuinely trying to help, the restaurant operation appears to lack organisation and effective management. At breakfast, we were shown to our table but nothing was explained. It took around 20 minutes to receive a coffee, and only after asking three separate times was I finally able to order an omelette. The buffet itself was unappealing and did not reflect the standard you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. We hoped our second breakfast would be an improvement, but the experience was virtually identical. This hotel has all the ingredients of a five-star property in terms of its location, setting and concierge service. With stronger management and better attention to the restaurant experience, it could provide a stay that truly matches its impressive surroundings. 3 star at best.

    Not good value for money, away from the centre, I chose it for the view but disappointed with the small size of the balcony, no privacy as all other balcony next to each other
