Good location for a city trip to Annecy

Located very close to the train station and a large shopping centre and only a short walk from the old town and lake. Complimentary hot drinks (tea + coffee) in the lobby was a nice touch, especially in December.

The room was much smaller than it looked like from the pictures.

Good location near the major transportation and walking distance to all the attraction

Centrally located 5-8 mins walk to the train station and bus station. Very convenient and quiet

Toilet separated from the bathroom/shower room.I can understand the logic about it , but no basin and bidet in the toilet its quite unhygenic and you need to go out the toilet to wash your hands in the other room, transporting all the bacteria from one place to another

I booked 3 nights but left the hotel from the first night to the neighbourinf Novotel

The only thing good about the hotel is its location

We booked 3 studios and all of then had a strong smell of onion and cigarettes although its non smoking, it was so horrible that i was mot able to take a nap Also, the studio furniture is over used which made me a bit digusted to use any of them The shower door does not close

Great located hotel, Old core of the building kept and covered with new style decoration.

Location of the hotel is excellent. You can reach the center on foot very quickly (10minutes walk to the lake). Room was surprise, the core of the hotel is very old and the renovation is done just very poorly. We had broken sofa, the room was clean if you don´t check the details. Parking is great, just under the hotel. Not comfy for big cars. We have classic hatchback and I was glad I got there.

Breakfast was a joke. I was excited to have a breakfast in France and it was the worst experience over all my traveling in Europe. Unfrozen breads (no great real french baguettes). Poor choices, food was missing very often. The breakfast room was very small and it happend to us we had to go back and wait. For the price (17 EUR I think) it was disaster. You can have a great breakfast in café around for the similar price.

Location was very good. Close to the train and bus stations. A shopping centre with. Great supermarket less than 5 minutes away. Very close to the old town and lake. The units had a kitchen and it was good to have a microwave

The shower head was not able to be it on the wall properly , so it was just like a hand shower. There was mould on the grout in the shower. The air conditioning didn’t work.

Great family stay for exploring Annecy for a couple of nights.

Great location - only a 5 min walk to the centre / 10 mins to the lake and the main restaurants. We read other reviews complaining about the location but I really don’t understand why you’d complain about the location!! Right next to a good underground car park which was c€12 for 24 hours which we thought was reasonable. (The hotel car parking spaces were full). The room was fairly compact but fine for the 4 of us for 2 nights - 2 adults / 2 kids on pull out beds which they found comfortable. There is a useful divider that you can pull across to separate the adults / kids sleeping areas. We didn’t use the hob etc but looked fine. Breakfast was good - small spread but had everything we wanted and the football table and big connect 4 etc went down well with the kids.

Having the toilet separate to the bathroom with no sink in there is slightly strange but not a big deal.

That the apartment stairs is steep and narrow and this wasn’t mentioned or pic provided in the app while booking, also the bathrooms were small and the bathtub and the sink were in different room than the toilet chair . Which is inconvenient

Air conditioning in the room was weak. Breakfast did not include omelettes or scrambled eggs which was a bit disappointing.

Location is close enough to walk to lake Annecy.Its like 10 to 15 mins walk.Breakfast is offered for 15 Euros per person.we didn't take it. Parking fee extra.Its a 2 story apt.

Showers and toilets are in different places. Standing Shower glass door didn't close properly. Water spilled out of the shower.

The hotel is located a short walk from the picturesque old town and was clean and fresh with a contemporary decor

The hotel entrance is quite tricky to find if you are driving via sat nav and upon our arrival the intercom from the busy car park barrier to the hotel reception wasn’t working. Although the hotel room advertises cooking amenities, they are extremely limited and the kitchenette is very small, as is the hotel room generally, only really comfortable for a few nights stay

Location was perfect for access to the city centre. Large studio apartment with all necessary kitchen equipment, although it lacked sufficient towels for the number of guests staying in the apartment.

No clear signs for the hotel or the parking for the hotel. Code for car park not provided on confirmation, neither was the telecom to speak to reception working at the entrance to the car park. Drove round for at leat 45 minutes before we were able to find a parking space near the hotel in order for someone to run into the hotel and ask reception for the code to access underground parking. Better signage is key to giving guests with a car a stress free stay. Parking is 13euro per day
