Wonderful stay exceeding the price

The reception staff were very helpful, guiding us to nearby parking and answering all our questions. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Annecy train station, major landmarks, and the lake. Our room and bathroom were spacious, and the heating worked well, making our stay comfortable.

The kettle had been descaled with vinegar, but it hadn’t been rinsed properly. We didn’t realize this at first and wondered why our tea tasted so sour.

Good location, near the train station

Location was good, right in the centre and near the train station made it a great place to use as base to explore the city. The staff were also friendly.

The wifi could have been stronger, and perhaps a bigger selection at breakfast - but overall the hotel was very good and reasonably priced.

Convenient location to explore Annwcy

Good location, close to bus and train station ( we came on the bus from Geneva) to be able to travel around. Close to the old town, shops and restaurants. Room had a good size, and the beds were comfortable. Shower was good , we had a kettle with coffee and teas. Our family room was on the 4th floor, but lift goes only to the third floor so be prepared in case you have big and heavy luggage. We had a very nice time there and the weather was glorious for us to enjoy the beauty of Annecy!

Honest opinion

The size of the room, ability to drop bags before check-in and after check-out. Extremely close to the Train/Bus station. Walking distance to the lake as well.

The entrance to the hotel is not wheelchair/pushchair friendly. The elevator is really small and the breakfast buffet's time slot is too early.

I liked the location, very easy to get around to the old town and canals, also the lake which was beautiful.

Given the amount of money paid for the 2 nights, we were surprised that the room came without a fridge. The air conditioning did not give impressive coolness. The breakfast room is small so you need to get in early. Bit surprised that there was only one butter knife for everyone to use. Need to revert to individual packs. Bread needed to have a towel for cutting. First day none. Second day paper towel. Jam pots empty and looking at them they seemed to just be refilled as opposed to being cleaned first then filled. Food choice fine

We had a pleasant stay overall

The location was great. The bed was comfortable and the staff were super nice.

Sound isolation was not that great. There was only one towel per person, but the cleaning lady was nice to give us additional ones.

Very clean hotel and very well located

The hotel is very well located, just 3 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the city center. It was very clean, the towels were changed every day, although we did not leave them on the floor.

Although the bathroom is very large, we didn't have a shelf where we could put our cosmetics. The bathroom does not have a fan or ventilation and after every shower steam is made.

Great location; cheap, secure parking 50 yards away; nice bathroom; great reception staff

Terrible beds; worn carpets in the room; takeout cups in the room; non existent housekeeping; no safe in the room; nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, other than the floor; aircon that was on but not really effective; a lift that only fits one person + luggage; late night noise from the street until the early hours.

Friendly Staff and excellent hotel location. Clean room and good aircon. We will definitely book it again ! :)

There is no fridge and shower gel was not refilled when we checked in. Pillows are too soft. There is no safety box in the room.

Nice overnight stay in the very touristic Annecy

Room on first floor and an elevator helps to get your stuff to the room. Were friendly stuff. Gluten free option on request and my wife was very happy as they heated up the GF buns. AC is needed as the street is very busy and the. local buses ding a lot... As the hotel is in the centre, the lake is in walking distance.
