A definite find - and one I hope to revisit in the future to explore Annecy more fully.

Rafael at the front desk could not have been more helpful, providing a rapid check-in and a number of excellent recommendations for restaurants. The hotel is charming, being beautifully decorated and well positioned for the centre of Annecy. Breakfast was excellent despite being taken very early.

Excellent location in old town and very helpful staff

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Raphael the manager answered several questions before we arrived and he and his assistant were very helpful on arrival and we were also given an early check in which was very useful

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! I found it in one of the best locations in the beautiful city of Annecy — it was literally steps away from the center of the city. It was well situated as it was walking distance to all the major shops and must see attractions. The staff was also very kind and hospitable; they took their time to guide me as far as suggesting their own personal recommendations and directions. The hotel itself was incredibly beautiful and very unique — everywhere you looked there was intricate artwork. I felt as though I time traveled as it was very art deco and cool. The room also was very cozy and clean. Had I had time, I would have extended but will definitely stay again

Unfortunately, the restaurant was not opened just yet although I was told it was opening after I was leaving. Would have loved to sit for a meal… next time.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, tout près du lac et de la vieille ville. Les chambres sont confortables, la salle de bain très belle et spacieuse.

Un secret place tra discrezione e eleganza

Boutique hotel in posizione centralissima ma silenziosa, vicinissimo alla Cathédrale Saint-PIerre, ai negozi e al lago. Comodi parcheggi nelle vicinanze se si arriva in macchina (Parking de l'hôtel de Ville e Parking Posta), ma vicina anche al treno considerando la stazione a circa 15 minuti a piedi. Interni puliti, curati e eleganti in ogni dettaglio: dalla bottiglia dell’acqua, ai dosatori nel bagno, dalle decorazioni interne alla camera a quelle esterne nei corridoi. Deliziosi i lampadari, e molto apprezzata la scelta di creare un ambiente discreto con luci morbide. Camera double standard con affaccio suggestivo sul canale, accogliente e arredata con gusto, interessante la palette cromatica nelle tonalità del verde, dalla testiera del letto imbottita, al pouf del tavolino, al soffitto decorato. Letto di dimensioni generose e ottima la scelta della biancheria da letto e per il bagno. Bagno grande una doccia ampia, asciugamani morbidi e avvolgenti. Un piccolo suggerimento aggiungerei solo un mobiletto per appoggiare trousse e oggetti personali. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo per un luogo elegante ma discreto. Bellissimo il bar e il ristorante dall’atmosfera retrò con affaccio sul canale, Brasserie des Antiquaires, dove abbiamo preso un cocktail accolti da una musica rilassante. Wi-Fi veloce, gradita la reception aperta 24h su 24, la presenza del bar e del ristorante. Gentilissimo e efficiente lo staff, un ringraziamento particolare a Elodie! Al prossimo viaggio in zona lo sceglierei ancora!

Tout d’abord ! J’ai été très surprise de cet hôtel niché dans la vieille ville … cet hôtel est d’une très grande beauté dans le moindre détail . J’ai eu un accueil où ! j’attribue le prix de l’excellence à un charmant Monsieur ( j’ ai oublié son prénom ) il a des cheveux mi long châtain de corpulence mince venant de Paris . J ai apprécié son naturel et son empathie . Il est extra . Explique au top la naissance de l’hôtel et son histoire . Je recommande cet hôtel pleinement .

Mauvais rapport qualité prix. Chambre à 160€ (prix avec rabais Genius) pour une chambre vraiment très très petite. La porte des toilette se plie en deux pour pouvoir s’ouvrir. Pas confortable de manière générale.

Le décor ne fait pas tout

Très bel hôtel, nouvellement décoré avec beaucoup de charme. Très bien situé à deux pas du cœur d'Annecy et 5 min à pied de la gare. Nous avons très bien dormi, hôtel très calme, literie confortable, formule petit déjeuner express parfaite pour ceux qui comme nous apprécient juste un petit café croissant et jus de fruit au réveil. Nous recommandons aussi leur restaurant, dans un beau cadre, une cuisine raffinée (tarifs un peu élevés) mais des mets bien préparés et goûteux de l'entrée au dessert.

Notre chambre était malheureusement très très petite, peu de rangement pour nos valises et notre linge, nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain sans forcer sur la couette au pied du lit. Nous recommandons aussi au personnel une plus grande vigilance sur l'organisation du service attendu en chambre : attention à bien mettre à disposition serviettes de toilettes et draps de bain, et de penser à renouveler les carafes d'eau c'est peu mais aussi important ...

La gentillesse, disponibilité des personnes n'es à l'accueil. Le calme, le cadre et le côté central du lieu. Ils payent les frais de nuit du parking de la poste (il me semble que c'est celui-là)

Il manque peut-être un frigo dans les chambres, mais c'est compensé avec le fait qu'ils proposent de mettre dans leur frigo si nécessaire. Le manque de réactivité au petit déjeuner de la part des serveurs.ses. Petit conseil pour les familles: comme c'est un nouvel hôtel, ils ne proposent pas encore des suppléments comme une barrière de lit.

Ravis de notre expérience dans cet hôtel

Très bonne expérience ! L'hôtel venait d'ouvrir depuis quelques semaines quand nous y sommes allés. La chambre est très jolie et de bon goût, mêlant cachet, élégance et simplicité. L'hôtel a voulu mettre l'accent sur la qualité des matériaux choisis, ce qui fait la différence et rend les chambres et l'établissement vraiment vivant. La salle de restaurant est très belle, mais nous n'avons pas tester le restaurant en soi. L'emplacement est idéal, à la fois en plein coeur du centre et en retrait puisque niché dans une petite rue donnant sur une charmante petite cour. Notre chambre donnait côté ville, sur le canal, mais était très calme car bien insonorisée. La dame à l'accueil était très agréable et le veilleur de nuit super également. Le matelas est assez ferme, mais c'est une affaire de préférence. Nous avons apprécié la grandeur de la salle de bain. Les services proposés sont à fignoler, mais les débuts de cet hôtel sont prometteurs.

Hotellet åpnet bare noen dager før og bar preg av å ikke være helt ferdig. Rommet manglet på en måte alt annet enn seng og opplevdes derfor litt lite hjemmekoselig. Det var heller ingen lobby som også var synd siden det ikke var så koselig på rommet (enda).
