The location was suburb. The cleanliness and comfort of the room was top notch and the staff were very helpful and friendly
A small issue but the room and bathroom need additional shelves/surfaces to put things on. There is no shelf around the sink in the bathroom and no shelf in the shower for the guests own products

Staff molto gentile. Hotel molto carino. Bagno molto bello e grande anche se manca il phon, probabilmente si può comunque chiedere. Ottima posizione per visitare Annecy.
Doterei ogni bagno di phon. Un po’ scomodo doverlo eventualmente chiedere.
