An average hotel

Quite hard to find but plenty of parking. Our room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was a strange setup but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was good with a good selection of food.

Nothing really, although it seemed to be understaffed. The lady on reception in the morning was also looking after the breakfast room! There was a leaking pipe in the hallway ceiling on the 2nd floor with a large box underneath to collect the drips. There was a kettle in our room but the tea/coffee was non existent and there were paper cups! Some of the food in the breakfast room looked tired 😫

Grim.DONT STAY HERE

The staff were very rude. The property was hard to find and when I said to the receptionist she replied ITS NOT MY FAULT. I was just commenting. Then the room I reserved had a coffee machine in the room it also showed a picture of the Nespresso machine. There was no machine in the room it also when I asked the receptionist about this she said only the premium rooms have a coffee machine. She pointed out that the description and photo was for a standard room. Again she was not interested. I’m my opinion guests are not welcome in this hotel

Seemed a little lacking for a Mercure hotel. Not as good as they used to be and even a little scruffy in places. Perhaps

Breakfast was good, varied and fresh with lovely scrambled eggs and good coffee.

It’s a little tired and didn’t really reach the levels that a Mercure hotel should aspire to. Air con couldn’t really cope with the heat and meant sleep quality suffered.

Some rooms have jacuzzi. It is perfect during very hot summer.

The restaurant is closed on Saturday night. Unbelievable for a 4*

They refused to let me cancel or speak to a manager I book many rooms at the mercures for large touring groups and was really dissatisfied with the service here I was told there was bus parking for The Black Keys buses When the drivers tried to park they couldn’t as it wasn’t suitable so I had to move them to another hotel Mercure were rude and unhelpful and declined my application to cancel the four rooms

Room and bath room size are very good, well furnished and most quiet. A good address if you don't want to stay in the charming city center, where parking is more challenging.

Comfortable but not worth a 4-star

The staff was nice. Very useful to have a parking with a lot of spots available. The breakfast was good and open late until 11 am.

The property was ok but a little disappointing for a Mercure 4 stars. The hotel needs to be modernized i guess.

Nice quick stay

Location is a bit out of town but bus stop is close so it easy to get in and out. Free parking which is a bonus. We ate at the restaurant and food was great. Restaurant and bar staff very nice

It was a perfect solution for me when I had to stop over for a good night sleep.

Quiet, comfortable, spacey room. Breakfast with good quality choices.

A very good stay.

We chose this hotel in order to park our car and explore the town on foot for a couple of days. For this purpose it was excellent. It was an easy 25min walk to the lakefront. A supermarket was close by if needed and there are numerous restaurants in town. Annecy is a beautiful town! Staff at the hotel were very pleasant, the room was a good size and it was quiet at night.

Our only concern were the dirty plates at breakfast. Each morning we would have to seach for a clean one from the pile and we werent alone in doing this.

We stayed for two nights which was enjoyable and would no doubt come again unless the price shot up.

The Staff were very pleasant, the hotels situation was good.

Slow to repair leaking toilet, a small point but for those of us that like a tea in the morning with our breakfast, to run out of normal English Tea Bags is not acceptable, especially considering the amount of tea drinkers this hotel must attract! Double charged for drinks, although I queried it upon being asked to sign twice it still showed on my final bill!! For a so called four star hotel I would expect a waiter service for the drinks and hot food at least, this did not happen. Its the little things that matter.
